I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered an item with the expectation that it would arrive within the promised 2–3 working days—the maximum timeframe meant I should have received it by Friday. I planned a project for the weekend, relying on this delivery, yet here I am a week later without the item or even an estimated delivery date.
My plans are now completely ruined, and all the excitement has turned into frustration. The company’s delivery times are absolutely not reliable, and there has been a complete lack of communication or responsibility. I hope others don’t make the same mistake of trusting these empty promises.

Day after posting review I was contacted by them and delivery was made same day, product is good quality therefore I am increasing score to 3*
Still, if you need speedy delivery go somewhere else

The Cemento finish MDF with edging was exactly what the customer wanted and looks amazing now the job is all finished.
I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the delivery took longer than the 2-3 days advertised on the website site and wasn't wrapped was id expect it to be, although luckily there was no damage to the boards.
When I called the office it was handled well.
And they said they would take on board what is said.
Hopefully next time the delivery and wrapping will be better.
Will be using again as the product was spot on.

Ordered three pieces of crown cut oak veneered mdf which arrived within two to three days.
Unfortunately one of the boards had damage to the edge which meant I couldn’t use it.
Contacted them to report the damage and they sent a replacement board within a couple of days which is in perfect condition.
Mark of a good company is how it reacts to customer problems and they passed that with flying colours.
Would definitely recommend and use them again.
