Working for a general contractor, I have came into jobs after MC shines mitigation work, and also had their crew come behind ours for post construction clean-up, and they always do a great job. When my basement flooded the night before Easter, I knew who to call. Ryan showed up at 11PM ready to do whatever he could to help, and was back bright and early the next morning with a crew of volunteers. I was blown away by how well he organized the crew and how hard they all worked to get our issues under control swiftly. We will forever be thankful to all of those who sacrificed their holiday for us AND others who were in need of help. They were off to another job after ours!! Cederick and Richard came back everyday thereafter until they were certain our basement was good and dry. Cederick was always very courteous and communicative about what was going on in our home. I have forgotten some of the names as so many individuals played a role in bringing us some peace again but each one was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend choosing MC shine to anybody in need!

A few weeks ago, I decided to have some recliners, professionally cleaned.. after making a few phone calls, I selected a process by the name of MC SHINE cleaning and restoration. The technician sent me two messages on the day of the appointment prior to their arrival time when they arrive, they introduced themselves with a handshake this is something that you do not see very often today I offered them both a cup of coffee and with the responses they said please and thank you
The work was done in approximately one hour, and I was very satisfied. This included the initial phone call Riley and Austin were great and very polite I will definitely have their business and hopefully the same technicians next time Both of these fine young men Are a reflection of their upbringing, which was it’s still upon them by their parents and the business is very fortunate to have them . many thanks to you all and may God bless you and your families

In a time of devastation Michael Sheldon and Thomas Colbary were an absolute miracle. They took such good care of us and our home and the unfortunate circumstances didn't seem so grim with them around. They were extremely delightful to deal with and executed everything with the upmost care and concern. Nothing was done without full transparency and they wanted to give us the best they could out of a horrible situation. They both showed complete sympathy and compassion. They answered all questions with no hesitation and directed us to the correct people needed for certain details of our crisis. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Reilly was great! Very nice and professional. I’ve never had my furniture professionally cleaned before, so didn’t know what to expect, but he asked lots of questions and made sure I knew what the process would look like. He steam cleaned our sectional sofa. He even brought protective footwear to keep our floors clean. He did a quick, thorough job and updated me on everything. MC Shine came out yesterday to deep clean our brand new windows (which arrived from manufacturer covered in dirt/mud). They sent out a team of 5-6 people and spent an HOUR detailing each window inside and out! It was a day long process but completely worth it. When I say they got every single spot and didn't miss a single speck...it's absolutely true. I took a photo from inside the house looking out (attached to this review) and you cannot even tell there's glass in the photo. The whole crew was so respectful, professional, wore protective shoe covers, drop cloths everywhere, moved furniture and cleaned up, reinstalled screens, and basically polished every single inch to brilliance. I don't usually leave reviews, because when I do, I want them to mean something....so go for it, 10/10 recommend, would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you!

Jeff and Alyssa are amazing! I had nothing but a great experience with both of them during the process. Always kept me updated, always on time, always polite and they really helped lower my anxiety. Answered all of my questions, some more than once. Lol I have had bad experiences in the past with companies not doing the job correctly, not returning calls for issues or questions. When my job was completed, I was amazed at the work and professionalism of M.C. Shine!! Family owned and wish i would have known about them sooner!
