worse place i have ever been in. my last appointment, the dr. did not even come into the room. the assistant took over questions and answers; How insensitive is this dentist !s!!!!!!! I was finally given a r eferral to a Dr. Chang. Your dentist there should take a few lessons from this Dr. Chang. I have referred several peo ple to him and they think he is great 1!!!!

Just there for my regular cleaning with Vivian. She’s the greatest. Vivian is very good at her job. Always makes me comfortable and makes me aware of any concerns. McKinney dentist has a great team!!

Great doctors and stuff but billing and management not up to the mark with full of attitudes . Billing is not transparent and details are not clear. In my case I was told they will give me the estimate after doing the x ray for $132 out of pocket which I did but billing dept then said I need to do cleaning another day before they can give estimate for Invisalign . I wasted money and time to hear this. They did 2.5 hours of exam , scan and x ray but still didn’t give me the estimate.Also I need to pay approx 800 after insurance for cleaning just to know my estimate for braces. To more surprise we need advance 20% to book appointment.I am going there not because of money but transparency is big issue. Felt ditched. Sorry !
I have to give a major shoutout to my dental team—they truly went above and beyond for me.
Last night, I discovered the hard way that my pup’s skull is apparently stronger than my front tooth 😅. I called first thing this morning, and they got me in immediately. Dr. Madden fixed my tooth like new—you honestly can’t even tell anything ever happened.
But it gets better… later that afternoon (around 3:45), I found my mouth guard and tried it on. It didn’t fit! The repair was so well done that the tooth was just slightly different, enough that my guard wouldn’t seal properly.
So I jumped in the car and headed back over. I got there around 4:30—right as they were closing. Even though they were wrapping up for the day, one of the dental techs (I wish I caught her name!) offered to help. She had already cleaned her station but still took me back and adjusted my night guard so it fit perfectly.
That level of care and willingness to go the extra mile is rare. Truly amazing people and outstanding quality of care. I’m so grateful!

Although my experience with my hygienist was fine- I was very discouraged that at checkout- I was informed that my insurance no longer covers periodontal maintenance., and I owe $76. That information should have been shared with me before I even got in the chair. Anytime I have gone to a doctor- they always review my financial obligations before getting treatment. I am seriously considering finding a new dental practice.
