I appreciate that no items were damaged. But I don’t appreciate the time it took to move my stuff. I don’t feel they utilized the 3 men they had to do this in timely manner. I only saw 2 men moving my items THE ENTIRE TIME. The very tall man did not enter my apartment or touch one item in my apartment. They were slow and for 30 min I only saw 1 male in and out my apartment. The move was from my apartment to a storage building. For a 2 bedroom and living area and kitchen. I sold both bedroom furniture so all they had to move were 2 mattress and box spring. Also, they did not have move everything in my apartment at my request. When we got to the storage building, it was the same thing. They were moving like turtles, and again I only saw 2 men actually working. The 3rd man was on his phone or incognito. I never saw him working. The storage building was located less than 5 minutes away. They were way too slow for this move and I felt they stretched the time because I’m a single female and I feel that they took advantage of me to some extent. (Let’s stretch our time on this one) I will never use there services again or refer them to anyone. I’ve used movers before and they moved fast and carefully. Everyone participated and got it done in a timely manner.

I had an amazing experience with this moving company today! They helped move my entire 4-bedroom place into storage, and everything was truly 10/10. The team was professional, efficient, and handled all of my furniture with great care. They worked quickly but didn’t rush or damage anything, which I really appreciated. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
This company has not moved just just once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES. Every time they are so kind, respectful, and handle off of our stuff with care. I would highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience with Mr Big’s and his team. The crew was on time, work d non stop for 4hours. Filled the truck up with furniture and was very conscientious of our personal belongings. We recommend this moving team for all your adventures in moving.

today I experienced and witnessed great team work and great customer service. They were really passionate and very considerate and over all really helpful , they also made sure to be really carefully with my things in a timely manner. the movers came on time with great attitudes .

Mr Big World class movers are the BEST! They have helped me with three big moves! They are efficient, kind, wrap up your furniture, and take care of your items as if they are their own!
If he recommends to do it at 6AM, just DO IT especially if you live in an apartment so you don’t have to share the elevators! You’ll move more quickly that way!
