We are a repeat client for Charles, and we will certainly be back! Charles provided us with great service while preparing an application to withdrawal equity from our existing home. This is a great example of when it is best to get the experts involved. While the banks are becoming less customer focused, Charles was able to get us to the front of the queue and get a successful application turned around, and well before our expected timeline. What is always a surprise is that the interest rates are less than those advertised by the banks and there are no fixed fees. I'm always surprised how Charles and the team can pull this off. I look forward to our next engagement, and with the support of Charles and his team I always feel ready to put a new proposal on the table.

Charles assisted us in securing the right finance when we bought our home in the Wairarapa in mid-2013. Heather and I were first home buyers, and had no idea how to go about getting a mortgage. We heard about Charles and Phillip through Heather's sister. We were very nervous when we walked in to their office and had a lot of apprehension. Within 10mins of the meeting they made us feel that they were taking us seriously and we started to feel relaxed. When we left the office we were confident and excited. Over the next few weeks things moved very quickly and, at times, we felt overwhelmed. However, Charles and Phillip were always available to answer our questions and took the time to explain the process in terms we understood. We tried going with the bank first, however the amount of money they were going to allow us to borrow we could never have gotten a house that I would want my wife and daughter to live in. I first contacted Charles earier in 2023 however at that time there was not really much we liked so decided to wait a few months, then in late November we finally found a place we all liked and with Charles and Phillips help and advice are now happily in our home.

My wife and I went through the bank at first. They told us to come back in 3 months because I brought too many V drinks and we went to a couple pubs. Waited 3 months never went back to the bank and went through Charles. He told us he would have had a house for us months ago. Within 1 month through him we were in a house. I highly recommend using this company. He made it so easy. Don't go through the bank they are way too strict... Definitely deserves 5 star ratings. First Home buyers you will not be disappointed if you use this company. They are awesome and they will make buying a house so easy and stress free. Thanks Charles.
