I had a genuinely great experience with M & B Vehicle Service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, approachable, and really put me at ease during what could have been a stressful situation.
My car went in for its MOT and unfortunately failed, but the team couldnāt have handled it better. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly walk me through exactly what needed to be done to get it back up to standard. No confusion, no pressureājust honest and supportive service.
Theyāve already ordered the required parts and booked me in quickly for the repairs, which takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. On top of that, theyāre even doing the MOT retest for free once everything is fixed, which I really appreciate.
Itās rare to find a garage that can turn a frustrating situation into such a positive experience, but these guys absolutely did. Highly recommend!

This was the first time Iād used M & B Motors and I was very impressed with their service. The rear brake pads on the car had worn and needed replacing. This was explained in detail. And there was a written summary of the work done along with the invoice and the MOT certificate. The young ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be back!!

M&B Vehicle Services came highly recommended by my usual mechanic when he was unable to repair my daughterās car.
