What I appreciated most was his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell me or recommend anything unnecessary. Instead, he gave me straightforward advice and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and care these days.

MBT of Norcross is exceptional . I have yet to speak with any of the mechanics who don’t know Merc inside and out. I won’t take my 12 year old Merc 350 anywhere else.
The receptionist KNOWS these cars and can explain the diagnostics.
The mechanics are knowledgeable and courteous.
Prices are reasonable given that you’re repairing a luxury automobile.

I have been getting my Mercedes Benz serviced at MBT of Atlanta on Buford Highway for several years and find them to be a business of integrity that renders outstanding, high quality work. Moreover, I recently had a nail in one of my tires and scheduled an appointment for them to inspect and correct the problem, as needed. The technician removed and patched the tire free of charge! I wholeheartedly recommend MBT of Atlanta.
