I’m hesitant to give my true review of Rashid—fearing that he will become very popular and hard to access. First of all, we didn’t find Rashid, he found us while we weren’t even hunting for a Realtor. His approach was professional and thorough and not pushy. After we hired him, he delivered everything he told us he would. He was very active in getting our home prepared to lis—dealing with contractors, negotiating prices, and even doing this during the night and weekends. after we hired him and he successfully lifted our property for rent, he followed up a few months before the tenant lease expiration just to give us a heads up. He is very proactive and takes the initiative whenever and wherever he can. Very smart young man and a keeper. He never declined any of my many requests, even if they may have been outside the scope of my contract with him.
