Had service man out for HVAC repair. He said it couldn't be repaired and explained why. He sent out a consultant to sell me a new system, which I bought. The installers, Jason & Bieri, were first rate. Five stars for them. This four star rating is overall, because some of the issues raised by the service man were not addressed in the rest of the process even though I asked about them. Perhaps it was a language issue, perhaps something else.

Installation of A/C went smoothly. The crew was very accommodating and cleaned up after installation. Clearly, our special requests were heard regarding repurposing the pad and streamlining the ductwork to create more space in attic. We would highly recommend your business to others.

Drew, Nef and Fredy did my HVAC installation a few days ago and were fantastic! Outstanding service. Definitely 5 stars to each guy .. I'd give them a 6 star rating if I could. Glad I selected Maynor Service to install my unit. Highly recommend them to do HVAC installations.

We recently had our upstairs HVAC system replaced by Maynor. Their sales rep Mike came over and spent a good deal of time evaluating our home to determine the proper size unit and answered all our questions. He then gave us several options. The techs that came to do the install, Sergio and Austin did a great job. They were both polite and professional throughout the entire job. They took all precautions to ensure that their route in and out was protected. They also took time to explain the process and answered our questions. The time Maynor takes to train and educate their techs is well spent as the install went off without incident. It is refreshing to see that there are still young people out there who take pride in their work. The work areas were cleaned up and left like they weren’t even there. I would highly recommend Maynor to meet your HVAC needs.

Drew and JR were friendly and professional. I’m in the beginning stage of a kitchen renovation. They installed the ductwork needed for a vented hood and installed the hood as well. I’m very happy with the work done and my experience working with these guys. Highly recommend!

Jordan and Michael did an excellent job installing our new Trane heating and air system today. They arrived on time ,were neat, thorough, efficient and very knowledgeable. Jordan patiently answered all of our questions after the installation. I highly recommend Maynor for AC/Heating repairs and installation and plumbing needs.

Maynor found a crack in our gas heater during routine maintenance. Naturally NC was having a cold snap and the gas had to be turned off to the heater. Maynard was able to install a new system the following day.
