Rude, incompetent and unethical business
Absolutely horrible service. They are the recommended repairer by Electrolux. Our Vintec fridge has a manufacturing issue, and it has not been used for months since arrived, I have been trying to get it looked at so a decision can be made regarding warranty. Firstly they took over two weeks to initially contact us, and only offered vague timeslots so we could not plan anything for most of the day. Then when we booked a service a week and a half later asking that specific care be taken not to scratch the floors, they agreed that they would see what they can do. I don’t hear from them at all until I then get a call an hour from close of business the day before the scheduled appointment, to flatly tell me that they won’t attend unless I can get flooring datasheets from the flooring company about a hardness rating of the floor by the end of the day.
They have since flatly refused to take any responsibility and will only send a single person without floor protection to service a fridge.
WTF kind of amateur company in this???
Addition, since then I’ve called around for a solution, and when I’ve tried to call them back, they have been absolutely rude and hung up on the call. I suspect that they would have sneakily charged a call out fee directly to us despite being commisioned by the parent company, based on others’ reviews here, and probably would not have been very helpful by the sound of others’ experience. 100% would not recommend.

Shout out to the technician who came out this morning to fix the door issue on our Westinghouse washing machine. Amazingly quick, knew exactly what to do, replaced the part, checked for any other error codes, ran a test and was done in about 30 min. Fantastic service, THANKS!
Would just like to say thank you for the excellent service from your company and the gentleman that came to fix our dishwasher. He was prompt, communication was excellent, and even showed me quickly how to take the door off my AEG oven. I was thrilled. Please thank him again on our behalf, it was a pleasure to have him in our apartment.
From start to finish everyone was excellent, and I love having my appointments confirmed in writing.
