Max came out at short notice on a Sunday to replace a broken front door handle and ended up replacing 3 inferior locks with higher-security upgrades. Max was on time, professional and gave great security advice. Would definitely use again!

Explained the problems My son's house, he and fiancée moved into had front and back door problems. Would open and shut properly and the front door mechanism wasn't very smooth to operate. He checked both doors and explained the problems. He adjusted what he needed to make them work and pointed out what needed to be replaced. We agreed on the best fix and that was carried out. Perfect

Upvc patio and window lock replacement Great comms with Max, called him on August 5th and agreed a 2 pm next day appointment. Received a message saying he could be sooner on August 6th and a final message saying he would be with us within 30 mins. 2 bathroom windows were stuck so we were struggling for good ventilation. Patio door also stuck so could not get out to the garden. Max was very understanding, gave us a good quote and he was straight onto the tasks in hand. He is a very professional and cleaned up after himself, gave me tips on future maintenance and we were very happy with his service. We would definitely recommend.

My previous lock from a well known brand failed unexpectedly where turning the key a bit too hard and snapped the barrel and engaged the safety feature where it locked itself in position. I couldn't remove the key or lock the door. I messaged Max on Saturday evening and explained the problem. He sent Ian around first thing the next day and promptly arrived at 8am as planned. Ian was a fantastic professional. He was meticulous and took his time. He had to drill the old lock out but in doing so did no damage whatsoever to the surrounding frame or latches. So only a new barrel was needed to be fitted. The APECS lock they fitted is great as shown in the photo. Very happy with the quality of work and will definitely use them again for anything lock related. Most definitely recommended.

Had a few problems with bifold doors, including the lock. Rang Max on a Saturday morning and they came out same day. Problem is now all sorted. Really pleased with workmanship. The area was kept clean and tidy. Sorry I don't know the workman's name but he was very friendly and certainly knew his job. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, very helpful. The multi lock mechanism had failed on our door locking us out. Max the locksmith sent out a locksmith the same day, very helpful and pleasant chap, he was able to open the door without any damage to the door or frame, removed the broken system and replaced with a new lock. I would highly recommend and definitely keep their number in my contacts
