I have a crack in the exterior of my foundation that I was a bit concerned about so I reached out via the website. Kevin asked me to dig down 18 inches and send some photos. Despite it being a long weekend, he came by to have a look and shared what he would do personally if it were his foundation. Great service, and about as honest of a guy as you will ever deal with. Should it ever become a problem, I won't hesitate to reach out.
