Cannot thank Max enough for the help.
After a recent storm our ducted air con stopped working and with outside temps above 30 for a few days running, I was worrying what Christmas would like.
I called Max and he was superb and knowledgeable. After getting me to describe what was happening and trying a few things over the phone, he reassured me that he should be able to fix it up with a visit.
He promised me he could fit me in around other bookings quickly and knew which part he needed to bring along so to get me up and running on the first visit.
I was so thankful for all his help.
True to his word Jack then arrived as promised and sure enough the part Max thought was the problem, was fixed up and he got the Air Con working again first time.
Jack was brilliant, friendly and a great guy too and cleaned our filters while he was here.
Maxichill literally saved Christmas in our house this year and I can’t thank them enough. Really good price for the part and the labour, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service from first call to fix.
Everything I needed to help me out.
Their fridge magnet is front row centre now and I’ll be using them for everything in the future.

Maxichill is an absolute fantastic company to deal with!!! I’ve been dealing with this company for many many years and would not have anyone else even look at all my aircons. Not only is the owner understanding, knowledgeable and professional, and from the guys onsite and staff in admin are also fantastic to deal with. Fast, reliable, great pricing and all round just tremendous service. Well done guys keep up the great service!!!
The MaxiChill guys are awesome. Second time I`ve used them. Our big aircon unit died, these guys came straight away, recommended a new unit, we agreed, they went and got the new unit and removed the old one (and took it away) and installed the new one. Did a great job, would not hesitate using again.
I can thoroughly recommend the team at Maxichill for any job needing air-con or refrigeration. Damo and Levi (certified legends!) completed a tricky install of a split-system Daikin unit in an upstairs bedroom of my townhouse today...and did a fantastic job! Very neat inside and out, plus they were open with the details at every stage. Great work guys.
Additional kudos to Jack who did the original quote/inspection. This service was comprehensive and flexible with scheduling, which I appreciate. Thanks to the team for making my home heaps more livable at each end of the season!

What a breath of fresh air!! Such old-school Customer Service from a very attentive, friendly and professional bunch of legends. Response time was ridiculously fast.
