Lisa is a very caring and knowledgeable Naturopath and I look forward to continued better health with her recommendations. Max Health is a hidden gem on the shore. Milena is highly qualified and experienced naturopath and pharmacist. She is my go to for any health concerns for my family or myself. I often recommend her to others wanting a natural approach. She is an excellent resource for natural health and naturopathic consulting and dispensing. I also like that she has such a practical approach and does not recommend an extensive or costly range of products to take. Very grateful for her considered care and expertise.
Thank you Milena! I went in here a bit of a mess - Milena was kind, extremely knowledgeable, recommended some amazing herbs and talked me through how to blend them into a tea and what dosages to use. In a time when large stores seem to overwhelm many privately owned businesses, it is good to see that Max Health in Rosedale Road is still alive and well. Naturopath Milena, the owner, provides not only helpful advice, but also a significant range of high quality health products and supplements.
I have been shopping there for many years now, and appreciate the way Milena communicates with customers. If you have not discovered this health shop yet, I recommend that you pay it a visit.
