Rented a car from Franks Friendly Cars Maui car Rental, easy pick up and drop off at the airport! Daily rate cheaper than any car rental. Also ended up needing extension on rental and had no problems. Who needs fancy, the car was used, it ran great and nice enough for my simple needs Frank is very friendly! Quick and easy and very very convenient.

We have rented cars from Frank repeatedly and have enjoyed our cars. We had a starter motor that failed on one car which Frank repaired within 24 hours while we drove a loaner. It was an “experienced” car, it was Maui, it was no problem! We are renting again and I always enjoy Frank’s friendly but no nonsense style! We pick up and drop off the car at the airport. A word- listen to Frank’s “no nonsense” instructions! See you again soon Frank! Mahalo to you. And now in 2024, we have a car reserved for the fall. Frank returned the request and we finalized the rental in about 20 minutes. We talked for 15 of the 20- yes- friendly!

Frank is a great guy. The vehicle was in good operating condition and performed very well for us.

We've been renting cars at "Frank's" for years now. The prices are great to the point where we don't bother to shop the competitors. Frank himself is a mechanic and the "not new" cars he rents are always tip top mechanically. The pick up/drop-off procedure is also convenient with no shuttle or tram ride to deal with. Two thumbs up!

Least expensive rental cars on Maui! I rented a Toyota Highlander from frank and it was waiting for me in the airport parking lot. I had one minor issue with one of the windows and it was fixed in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this business!

Very easy access to car as well Asdrop off

We rented a nice older car. It was reliable and clean, air worked perfectly. The rate for the vehicle was exceptional. Pick up and drop off were right at the airport.

Just rented from Frank again – third time, and just as wonderful an experience as our previous rentals!!! Great car, a Toyota RAV4, easy pickup & drop off at the airport. (This is so much better than having to take a shuttle, wait in line and pay ridiculously high rates at a commercial rental agency). Frank, we feel lucky to know you and will most certainly contact you, for our next trip to Maui! –––––– (November 2022) This is our second time renting from Frank in the past couple years and we have had nothing but a positive experience both times!!! His cars are older, but well cared for and clean. For this rental, we had an early 2000, Lexus SUV – it was perfect, economical and you look like a local rather than a tourist driving a Jeep or convertible Mustang! Pickup, was super easy – the car was parked waiting for us in the airport parking lot. For the return, we met with Frank and he dropped us off at airport departures – it could not have been easier! We love Frank's Friendly Cars – We will definitely rent from him again!
