Thank you for your very kind words Nicole. Receiving a 5 star review without meeting with you in person was different but still quite satisfying. I hope we can catch up one day in the future, perhaps when those carpets need cleaning.
Thank you again Nicole
Best regards
Steve

Thanks for your recommendation Luke and thank you for going to the trouble of moving your car onto the street so that I could be closer to the elevator as well.
I really appreciate it.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review Nicole. It was a pleasure getting out to Point Cook again for your mattress cleaning appointment. That was a pretty tough stain to remove and it was particularly satisfying when it started to disappear. 🫥

After so many years in the mattress cleaning business it is still incredibly rewarding to get such great feedback. I genuinely appreciate your willingness to recommend my services to your family and friends, word of mouth is so important to a small business like mine.

Kind regards
Steve

This is the second time we have had Steve clean our mattresses and both experiences have been great. I love that what he uses is safe for our little ones and our mattresses look brand new again. Thank you Steve!

That’s correct Maddy! There simply is no point getting fantastic results with stain removal on a mattress if the products or processes used are not safe for everyone in your family, even your pets. I pride myself on the work that I safely do day-in day-out for my clients, especially the wonderful ones that leave me terrific reviews. 🥰

100% recommend!!, the most kindest and down to earth man. Mattress had a very very deep smoke damage smell to it and I was struggling to take the smell out We had a different company try to take it out which I regret so much as they did not do a good job at all, we live near kalkallo and was trying to find any companies near me I then came across steve's company and lets just say Im not using anybody else when it comes to taking any smell or stains in my home. He and his lovely helper was able to take the smell off and did it with 100% care, thank you thank you thank you Steve I appreciate it!!!! For any removing if smells and stains 100% go with these guys they will not dissapoint at all ! Again thank you Steve 😁

Hi Sila,
Thank you so much for such a kind review. It really made my day.
Smoke smells are some of the toughest to get out of a mattress because they soak deep into the fibres, so I’m really glad I could get yours smelling fresh again. I’m sorry your first experience with another company didn’t go so well and I appreciate you giving me a go.
My daughter and I really enjoyed meeting you and your family. If you ever need my help with odours or stains again please don’t hesitate, I’m always happy to come out to Kalkallo.
Thanks again,
Steve

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there is a certain level of satisfaction transforming someone’s couch or mattress back to clean 🧼 but the real satisfaction comes from making connections with such wonderful people.

Very happy to recommend Steve who did a brilliant job restoring our mattress after my dog walked dirt all over it and my own attempts at cleaning left water stains all over it. Steve was very rezponsive, friendly and punctual. Our mattress looks as good as the day we bought it. 100% will use Steve again.

Thank you Krisen for your extremely kind words and excellent photography 🤣
It’s so much easier posting relevant content and photos when one of my clients is actually holding my phone.
I’m really happy with the mattress cleaning results as well. It’s not every day that I get to see the dust and grime coming out of a mattress as I’m cleaning it. I’m looking forward to having a crack at cleaning those carpets next.
