Wonderful job by Matt, Maria and team in the removal of existing boiler from the loft, to a new boiler installed in the garage.
I really needed someone who could go to the house and assess what was possible as my parent is not of an age to take pictures for an online assessment.
I phoned and Maria was excellent and understood the circumstances and the assessment was carried out the next day, and the work carried out to an excellent standard over 2 days ( in just over a few weeks).

I can’t fault this company. The communication with the office to organising a date to carry out the works was all handled very professionally. When the guys turned up to carry out the replacement of my oil boilers circulation pump it was all handled without any issues. The new heating pump was fitted and tested without any fuss. The guys were very friendly and left the work area clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company and I will be using them in the future for any work I need doing associated with my heating system.

From Maria in the office contacting me to organise a date for the service to Ceri the engineer turning up and carrying out the work it was seamless.
Maria, is second to none in her organisation and thoroughness and is always pleasant and helpful in all my dealings with her over the years.
Ceri, the engineer who has serviced our heating system over the last 7 years is reliable, professional, pleasant and well mannered. They are both a credit to the company.

I've been using this company for about 3 years now and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They've installed a boiler, water tank, radiators and valves as well as annual boiler servicing. All the Matt Grange team are friendly, polite, respect your home and do the job you paid for. They're not always the cheapest but I'd rather pay for a professional job I can trust than save a few quid chancing it with the many cowboys out there.
