Typical car-salesman crap from manager. Refused to give pricing over phone. Extremely aggressive, rude, gaslighted me for getting angry at ridiculous sales tactics. Well guess what? another employe gave pricing. $55 a month for one year. $65 a month for month to month. so other people dont have to experience the crap I did. Also a $150 sign-up fee & I think $99 annual fee. Yea no thanks. I'll go to planet fitness for $15 a month. So tired of businesses that operate like this. Just repulsive and disgusting.

This business takes 0 accountability for their actions or behavior, and instead blames me and responds with hostility. Hilarious honestly that businesses think this is acceptable behavior in 2026. So sick of businesses, owners, managers, whoever treating consumers like garbage and then having the AUDACITY to respond with such gaslighting hostility. These people do not deserve your money. There are TONS of other gyms in the city. Not when this is how they conduct themselves. Absolutely disgusting and shameful. But don't expect people like this to ever admit fault or apologize for their actions. They will just double down, lie, gaslight, and take 0 responsibility of their disgusting business practice. Good riddance.

I think you are from California you said, it seems you like to come to NYC and badmouth and try to harm a 27 year old local, community driven gym in Astoria. You've never been to this gym, never visited anybody here or spoke to anyone in person. . You are very angry as you cursed at and were hostile to our staff on the phone. You also spoke over and demanded to them they do things as you see fit. Why would anyone tolerate someone being so nasty and rude to them? You were pushy, aggressive and it speaks volumes that you waited one full day to write this review. Very troubling and sad behavior. Please do and be better and we wish you the best on your fitness journey.
