I needed to find a quantum estimator to provide a cost report for residential property construction on a self built property 20 years ago for CGT purposes. I actually did not know that this is what I needed, but Google led me to the amazing human that is Cormac at Matrix Estimating. He patiently listened to my request and drew out the information required to prepare such a document. The amazing part is that he prepared a detailed report for me to use as a guide (at no charge) and referred me on to an ATO accredited estimator.
He then followed up to make sure that I had been successful in getting a report.
