Excelent math tutoring service. Tim and Claudia are great tutors very apt in communicating at needed level and suggesting plan of action. They were also flexible with timing before tests. My kid felt a lot more confident in tackling Grade 12 math and got in her top choices of university programs. We can’t thank them enough for their help. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a personalized hands on math help at any level and it definitely works better than out of box after school programs.

I definitely would recommend Math Doctor as your best option for tutoring because take my situation as an example. I was not in school for a good 2 years straight and I needed a refresher to learn everything in the span of a month or a couple weeks (I’m an adult student completing a grade 12 math course) and Tim was able to successfully tackle that problem that I had/needed help with, that’s why I was able to see the results afterwards and I was very pleased with the results. Again, I don’t know the other math tutors but I’m sure they’re great at their job too just as Tim was for me. There were many different options for tutoring in my general area but, I’m definitely glad I chose this as my option for tutoring and learning.
Math Doctor's calibre of tutors is fantastic. My now 8-year old has been working with Math Doctor for the last year and loves her tutoring sessions with Sophie, who makes learning both fun and engaging. Sophie is extremely adept at conveying math concepts in a very accessible and easily comprehensible way. She is also very patient and kind on an interpersonal level so my daughter feels very supported-both substantively and emotionally-during the sessions. I strongly recommend Math Doctor and Sophie (specifically) as math tutors.

These guys were great, and did more to help our son get his math mark up than any of the many other tutors that we tried. It was more expensive than what you will find on something like Kijiji, but absolutely worth it. There was a higher level of professionalism and, ultimately, it was the difference between a tutor that knew the material and a tutor that could teach the material.
Math Doctor is the best! My son was really struggling with math and he hated it. His confidence was very low and it was sad to see. Tim came to the rescue and paired Jackson with a wonderful tutor. Through the years he has worked with Tim, Liana, Beverly and Monica. They have all been amazing in their own unique way. Jackson is very confident in math now and in fact it's his favourite and best subject. I can't recommend Math Doctor enough!
We would recommend Math Doctor to anyone looking for patient, knowledgeable and supportive tutors. Our daughter was able to get through the semester stress free thanks to Nick and Marco's guidance and encouragement. We noticed a marked improvement in her math grade from grade 10 to 11.
