We just had the most amazing trip with Sergio's team. They really take care of us from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend them for your trip around Puerto Nariño. Special thanks to our guides Lucas and Brehitner. We loved all the activities and they were very organized and punctual.
Wir haben eine schönes Abenteuer erlebt. Die 3-Tage-Tour war richtig gut. Sämtlicher Transport klappte reibungslos und war immer pünktlich. Das Essen war wirklich gut und die Unterkunft war auch klasse und sauber.
Unser Guide bzw. Übersetzer hieß Diego und war richtig klasse. Er erklärte uns wirklich viel und war immer sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden ihn sowie die Agentur jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis

Une expérience unique à un prix plus que correct. Tout était parfait, nous sommes allés de surprises en surprises, notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps pour faire un tour de plus de 3 jours. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir Andres comme traducteur pour ce tour. Je ne peux que vous souhaiter que vous l'ayez aussi! Toujours de bonne humeur il a su rendre cette expérience encore plus mémorable! Merci !
Amazing experience with Sergio’s agency. The tour, accommodations and activities were perfectly organized and the local guide was really good. I strongly recommend this adventure of 3 days/2nights to Puerto Nariño ! My Amazon step was amazing and this is mainly thanks to Sergio’s team ☺️

We did a 4 day Amazonas jungle tour with this organization. It started with a pick up at the airport in Leticia (there was maybe a misunderstanding, we had to wait for about an hour until Sergio arrived). Then we had lunch at the airport (!) - a mediocre experience to describe it nicely. We then took the boat on the Amazonas to go to Puerto Nariño - for us s very nice place, an oasis in the jungle! The ride took about 2 hours until we arrived (not very comfortable ride, but we could see dolphins, which was great!). In Puerto Nariño we got picked up by our English translator Pablo - thank you for the nice 3 days we spent with you! Our local guide was Brando - he was really great!! During our night jungle walk he spotted so many animals for us (snakes, tarantulas,...) and explained everything safe and sound.
Hotel accommodation was totally ok - no hot water, no AC but a fan, quite loud and food was quite monotonous - but considering the location it was totally ok.
We just were not happy with information provided by Sergio, the boss of the company: we spent our last day in Leticia (had to book our own accommodation) and on the Website it said the tour would end with a trip to Tabatinga, Brasil. But for us it did not - we still don't know why - we were sent to an adventure park to go "tree climing". Even our guide that day was informed about this just a few hours before the beginning and she was really nice, but the impression of a "improvized" day never went away. Finally we organzied a transfer to the airport with Sergio for the next day early in the morning (pick up 5:30 am) - nobody ever arrived!!! Sergio was not reachable, he never answered us what was happening there - if there had not been a woman from our hotel bringing us to the airport, we might have missed our flight.
To sum up: great places, nice tour guides, but Sergio was not reliable and we did not get enough information, so think twice before booking.
Nous avons passé 3 jours dans l’Amazonie avec l’agence Amazonas Jungle Tours de Sergio c’était top. 3 jours à rayonner autour de Puerto Nariño, un village plein de charme.
Notre guide Pedro et Mauricio le traducteur étaient passionnés, très sympas et à l’écoute. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les excursions proposées. L’hôtel était très confortable, idéal pour passer une bonne nuit après des journées bien remplies !
L’organisation aussi était bien, avec la prise en charge depuis la sortie de l’aéroport.
We had a nice 3-day trip to Puerto Nariño. The Organisation was good. The local guide Kerry and the translator Alejandro were both very nice and always willing to answer our questions. The hotel in Puerto Nariño is also very comfortable, so get the jungle experience but can have a good night's rest in a bed :D

We booked the 3 day Jungle tour and we're a group of 4 people. The pickup from the airport worked well, as well as the transportation to the hotel and docks. In Puerto Nariño we had 3 wonderfull days, a lot of hiking, swimming, fishing and enjoying the nature. The organization was really nice, but the communication could be improved (especially when you write via email, therefore use what's ap!) however, it was a wonderful experience and Brainer (our guide) was really helpful and knew a lot about everything we asked :)

Ik deed een Jungle tour van drie dagen. Alles was goed geregeld maar het is gericht om zoveel mogelijk toeristen te bereiken. De eerste dag gingen we naar het natuurreservaat (dit is gewoon een plek waar ze dieren voederen), de tweede dag was wel erg leuk. Een fikse wandeling in de jungle en ‘s avonds in de Amazone zwemmen. Heerlijk. De laatste dag gingen we dolfijn spotten, maar die zie je overal zelfs in de haven van puerto narino… en erna gingen we weer (!) naar het natuurreservaat. Je betaalt 100 euro per dag om twee keer dezelfde dag te beleven. Dat kan niet.
Een tip: neem vanuit Leticia zelf de boot naar Puerto Narino. Je kan dan zelf kiezen welk hotel je verblijft, waar en wat je eet (je eet vrijwel elke dag hetzelfde in het hotel) en je kan je activiteiten kiezen.
Voor de rest enkel lovende woorden over de gids en vertaler!
