When looking for a company to remodel our master bathroom, I consulted our condo property manager on whom they would recommend. She handed me the Master Touch business card and stated that "they were the only company she would let in her home" to perform this type of work. Having done remodels in previous homes, I was still skeptical. However, after meeting Chris, Ron and Shelbi to review how they conduct a project, I felt at ease with their overall project management approach. All that said, they EXCEEDED all of my expectations and I will MOST DEFINITELY use them for future projects. Simply but, they do exactly what they promise, and the quality of the work is exceptional.
Professional work from start to finish. They were able to remove my old floor tiles in two rooms and replace it with new tile to match the rest of the house. they were able to interlace the new tile in these two rooms that are immediately adjacent to the tiles they had installed two years ago. Now it is seamless through the whole house and you’d never know it wasn’t all done the first time. Like magic!

My wife and I needed to replace 2000 sq.ft of ceramic Tile and Backsplashes. We were Leary of the Dust, Mess and finding the Utmost Professional Tile company that would Respect our needs . We had many years of hiring the wrong contractor for the job until our Neighbor Brenda highly recommended MasterTouch. The first time we met Chris he was Professional, Humble and Listened to us. He offered great opinions and explained how their company will Far exceed our expectations. We worked with Master Touch Tile and Stone on our full home remodel, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They helped us plan the project, connected us with subcontractors, and even assisted us with tile shopping to give advice and help with selections to bring our vision to life.
We opted to manage the overall remodel ourselves rather than by hiring a general contractor. Master Touch, with their knowledgeable and experienced team, really helped us through the whole process with advice and coordination that enabled the project to run as smoothly as possible. There were countless occasions where their expertise helped us to make decisions that arose as the project progressed and to coordinate the other trades effectively.
Throughout the remodel, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly respectful of our home. They managed dust and debris carefully during demo, meticulously protecting furniture and possessions that remained on site.
Thanks to their thoughtful planning and assistance in relocating furniture and belongings around the house as the project progressed, one of us was able to continue to live in the house with our three dogs.
Their installers—Juan, Alberto, Moses, Miguel, and others—were friendly, talented, and hardworking. They installed wood-look plank tile throughout the house, a beautiful herringbone subway tile in one bathroom, a complex marble shower with a full-length niche in the master bath, plus gorgeous backsplashes in the kitchen and utility room. Rafael from their punch-out team also did a great job with sill replacements, drywall repairs, and clean-up. We are delighted with the results.
Special thanks to Shelbi, who coordinated everything so smoothly, and to Ron and Chris for their expert guidance, project management, and quality control. The whole team was extremely organised, consistently communicative, and a pleasure to work with for the full five months of our remodel, and the many months of planning leading up to it.

If I could give them 100 stars I would!
We originally hired Master Touch in 2023 to redo our primary bathroom shower and flooring. It was wonderful because Juan would show up everyday on time, like clockwork, and would leave at the end of the day AFTER cleaning up. Besides that, Ron (supervisor), would come at the beginning of the day to make sure Juan knew what was expected for that day then come back at the end of the day to check the work. We went out of town and had complete trust that they could continue to work the same way. While away, we received a phone call from Ron. He told us they were cutting the threshold to lay the piece between the two rooms and water started coming up from the floor. I guarantee you, if anyone else was on the job they would have laid the threshold piece and moved on to another job. Not Master Touch! Ron said, they were stopping the job until we returned to discuss options. Turned out we had water damage throughout the house, mold behind our walls and even airborne mold. We had to completely gut the home. It was a huge job and just now moved back in the house after a year and a half. Everything was down to studs and concrete. We hired Master Touch again to do the floors and bathrooms throughout, (except the original shower). We had so many people working at the house at once from different companies and Master Touch was the most honest and dependable. Gio was the lead installer on the project. His attention to detail is incredible! Everyone at Master Touch is an artist. Ron was there everyday making sure everything was as it should be. I even ended up hiring them to do other small jobs that others just couldn't get to. Master Touch is organized, efficient, clean, caring and very professional. Their prices are fair! Their work is guaranteed and will last forever! The owner Chris would even come to the job occasionally to triple-check what everyone else was doing. I would trust them with anything. I can't say enough how grateful I am for everyone there! Shelbie in the office is a Rockstar and absolutely delightful and always did what she promised. Our rebuild was very stressful and nothing went to plan and most people were not trustworthy and didn't come though with their promises. Master Touch did! Everything! Even finished ahead of schedule with adding in extra projects. I will only work with them for any future projects I have. Thank you, everyone, for all of you help and honesty. Couldn't have done it without you! It's very hard these days to find companies that care. If integrity, honesty, quality, craftsmanship, knowledge and human kindness is important to you, HIRE THEM! When we finally decided to take the plunge and retile our entire house and redo the master bath, we looked at all the local tile and stone contractors, read all the online reviews, and got recommendations from friends and neighbors. Based on their stellar reviews and responsiveness in providing us with a detailed quote and timeline, we selected Master Touch Tile and Stone, and we are SO glad we did. Since we are full-time residents and didn’t have another place to stay during the process, we had to live in the home while the demolition and retiling took place. Master Touch went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible the entire time. Several times during the job they moved our furniture from one side of the house to the other so we could live fairly normally, minimizing our exposure to the dust and noise. Master Touch uses a dustless system that was very effective in keeping the amount of dust in the home to an absolute minimum, and they covered everything in the house that was not movable where dust might intrude, right down to the air vents and even the electrical outlets. They put up zipper walls to block off the areas actively being worked from the rest of the house
I have done quite a lot of tile work myself and have hired several different tile contractors over the years, but I have never seen the level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and precision that we experienced with Master Touch. From the outset, we had a dedicated crew on our project, with the same well-trained and experienced workers every day, 6 days a week from 8 to 5 until the job was done. This was not like my experiences with other contractors in the past where they work a day here and a half day there whenever they can fit you in and don’t answer texts or voicemails. We also had daily visits from our project manager who oversaw the work and made sure we were happy with all aspects of it and the owner of the company also visited frequently to check on the work and make suggestions. Our project was a bit complicated because all of our kitchen cabinetry was sitting on top of the old tile and we decided to try to retain our existing baseboards throughout the house, which meant the old tile had to be cut away under the toe kicks and along the baseboards without damaging any of the woodwork. Master Touch did this so well that it appears as if the new tile has always been there. Also, once the old tile was removed, we found that the slab was not level in several areas and that had to be corrected. Master Touch took care of all the issues that popped up during demo and retiling, so we got a new floor that is dead flat and dead level. Our coordinator and project manager both gave us a lot of great ideas and suggestions on how we could design our new master bath and shower that gave a much better outcome than what we originally had in mind. The person who did the shower tile work was a real artist and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the finished work, everyone at Master Touch was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. In the end, they finished right on schedule, on cost, and with spectacular results

In 2021, Master Touch completed a total re-do of the 2 bathrooms in our condo on Ft. Myers Beach. The guys were prompt each day and very considerate of our home during their work. Recently, a bit of the sealant came loose around the shower seat. Shelby worked and worked to schedule a time for this smaller job to be completed, always very pleasant, personable, and professional. Ron and a helper came this week and completed the repair. The shower caulking looks fabulous again and the guys were friendly and extremely competent. When we decided to convert our guest bath from a tub to shower we chose to do a more upscale, custom design rather than a generic "one day" conversion. We looked at 3 different contractors; a "one-man" shop, a full service contractor that does all the work (tile, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry), and Master Touch which does the tile work but has a group of subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, etc.) that regularly work with them. The subcontractors contract directly with the home owner while Master Touch provides project management services that coordinate the overall project scheduling. Their approach provided savings over the full service contractor. We are very happy with the overall project and the quality of Master Touch's work. We would use Master Touch on future projects.

Warning: Avoid Master Touch Tile – Overpriced and Questionable Sales Tactics
We used Master Touch about 6-7 years ago and were satisfied with their work, so we decided to contact them again for a new tile project. Unfortunately, we’ve since lost all confidence in the company.
This time around, we obtained three quotes for the project, and Master Touch’s pricing came in at an astronomical $67/sq ft for labor alone, excluding tile. That’s 3-4 times the cost of other reputable companies we spoke with.
Here’s the real issue: we recognized their high-pressure sales tactic, and it made us regret hiring them for our previous project. The pitch goes something like this: “The labor cost is $5,900 for your backsplash… but if you want it done ASAP, we can drop it to $4,900.” This “limited-time discount” manipulation strategy pushes you to make a quick decision.
Save yourself the hassle and money—do your research, compare quotes, and don’t fall for the pressure to decide immediately. There are far more transparent and fairly priced tile companies out there.
