Masterpiece roofing is an incredible company. We had a leak in our roof from hail damage and called Masterpiece. They were a complete turn key operation that helped work with the insurance company and fix all of the hail damage outside and inside the house. I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors. My project manager was Nelson and he did a great job coordinating the work around my schedule. Thank you Masterpiece Roofing for fixing my house and making it look like a masterpiece!

Anthony with masterpiece roofing was awesome! Although our roof did not need to be replaced, his attention to detail and the patience to explain the process with my wife and I was truly appreciated. We will not hesitate to reach out again after the next big storm passes through our area.
Roof repair
We reached out to Masterpiece after the recent windstorm damaged some shingles on our roof. They responded the same day. They came out and did an inspection of the whole roof. They found one additional spot that needed attention (we could not see that from the ground). They scheduled and successfully completed the repairs in a timely fashion. We would definitely call them for help again in the future.

Don't waste your time with this incompetent owner. They installed my roof in 2020 when Rex was the owner - he was a great guy. I had 25 cracked tiles after the install and they refuse to honor the warranty. Complete run around every time you call. And we live in the same neighborhood. Sad to see that business owners think they can treat customers like this. Very disappointing.

Masterpiece roofing does a horrible job following up and they don’t honor their warranty. Our roof was installed several years ago by Masterpiece Roofing but under previous management. At the time, I was reassured that my roof was warrantied for workmanship. Earlier in May of this year, I noticed a few broken tile shingles due to the hailstorm. I called Masterpiece roofing and spoke with Lani. I explained to her my situation, and I asked to have a roofer walk my roof and assess for additional damage. She remembered me from the original roofing job, and she assured me that someone will come by and take a look at my roof. More than a month went by, and I never heard from anyone. I called Lani to get a status, to my shock, she completely forgot our previous conversation. She had no recollection of anything that we had discussed so I had to start over and explain my situation from the beginning. She proceeded to tell me that the tile shingles are difficult to come by and asked me if I had any extras. I explained to her, as I did in my previous conversation, that I was not provided with any tile shingle samples when the roof was originally installed. More importantly, I wanted a roofer to walk my roof to ensure that there’s no additional damage. It’s been over five months now and I’ve called Lani several times during that period, and she will not return my calls. I’ve also texted her several times, she replied once a few months back and her exact text was “I’ll get right on it”. When I call the main number on the website, I get a message that the number is not in service. Needless to say, no one has been by from Masterpiece roofing to walk my roof and assess for additional damage. I will never use Masterpiece roofing for any future projects, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND them because of their unprofessional customer service.

This company is a joke. Nothing but problems and the clown they have running it now Creed Mccaslin , he knows nothing about roofing and comes off as an arrogant wannabe hack. They never did fix the issue. This guy tried to make excuses and explain something he clearly know very little about, ROOFING.

We had a new roof install through masterpiece 5 1/2 years ago and little did we know it would end up costing us $$$$ years later. We are dealing with water and mold damage that could have been avoided if Masterpiece had done the job correctly.
While doing construction in one of our upstairs bathrooms we found out that we have a mold and water problem due to poor ventilation in the attic and ice daming which led to a slow leak down one of our pipes. I am certain that the roof and ventilation were installed incorrectly which over time has created a major problem. As soon as we noticed this issue we called masterpiece and didn’t hear back within a day so I emailed them. Someone responded to the email and I was told someone would call me but still days later we heard nothing. In that time 3 other roofing companies came out, inspected and followed up with me, and one was able
to repair it. I finally got a call back from masterpiece more than two weeks after the issue was brought to their attention but as of today there is still no resolution or follow up from masterpiece.
All 3 of the other roofing companies came to the same conclusion on the cause of the water which is improperly calculated ventilation and the sloppy install/ lack of ice and water shield.
When I spoke to masterpiece, they told me it was impossible that they skipped the install of the ice and water shield, but I have pictures showing the removal of the roof, which does not have ice and water shield installed. Again I have not heard back from masterpiece, but I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are a roof expert yourself, and can verify that every step of the way is done correctly.
The pictures I have attached show water damage on my OSB, as well as the removal of the felt with no ice and water shield.
I would recommend Bulldog Roofing or Formula roofing

We are hoping this isn't a competitor posting a bad review just judging by the competitor recommendation. However if you were a past Masterpiece customer please call the number on the website. We would happy to help as best we can.
I do not recommend using Masterpiece Roofing. They Cut major corners on the install. Did not properly install new step flashing or drip edges, damaged existing flashing leaving raised gaps and a wavy appearance to the new shingles, they have many raised nail heads leaving water penetration locations. We have tried to contact Masterpiece Roofing and they don't answer the phone, voice mail is full and not receiving new messages and emails are not returned. Stay away if you respect your home and want your new roof to last more than a few years
Steve G. did a wonderful job of managing the replacement of my roof and painting my house after a major hailstorm. He coordinated with my insurance company on a number of occasions to insure that I received adequate compensation. He made sure that my solar panels were removed and placed back on the roof after the new roof was installed. The paint job was outstanding. He came back after the paint jwas finished and personally did the work that I asked him to complete. I will be recommending Masterpiece without reservation to my friends and associates.
