Master Deck Builder repaired a second floor porch for me in Kamm's Corners. It was a small job, but they treated it like a big one! They did a terrific job at a good price and left the place completely clean. Truly a 5-Star organization doing 5-Star work!

Master Deck Builder (Bill) listened to what my husband and I wanted and then designed a deck that met our needs. We accepted the estimate and were put on their docket with about a six week wait. The workers came when they said they would, were respectful and knowledgeable. They cared for our property and worked efficiently and effectively. Now we have a new deck and sliding door that feels sturdy and looks beautiful. I love having access to our backyard more easily and our lives have been enhanced by their work.

What more can I say? Bill contacted me almost immediately. He set an appointment and was on time. He offered a fair estimate. He completed the work in record time and it was absolutely beautiful. When he discovered that the estimate was a little short, he only asked for a small acceptable increase in price. I would give him my highest possible recommendation!

OUTSTANDING!!! After having a bad experience with another company, Bryan, Colleen and Bill flew in with their red capes to save the day! They came in to create a new railing system. It’s unique, solid and incredibly beautiful. Mine is a century home, they created something that brought together the old and modern feel that I wanted. It was crafted and carefully designed. They even stepped in to help when I inadvertently stained something the wrong color..they reached out to Joe (color expert) at Sherwin Williams in Elyria who on his day off helped Colleen fix the stain color I had picked out. Colleen drove it out to me personally, I could not believe the level of customer service. Outstanding just doesn’t seem to cover it. I will shout their praises to anyone who asks and probably many who don’t!! The best company I have had the absolute pleasure to work with in a very long time! AAA++++

Bill and his team was great. We had a two story deck that was in need of being rebuilt. The structure was rotted and unsightly. Master Deck Builder used the highest quality material and was very quick to get on-site. They made sure the deck was safe and looked amazing. Also their quotes were very descriptive, so we knew exactly what we were getting. 10/10 experience and highly recommend!

We are beyond pleased with our new deck! Bill listened to what we wanteded and brought it to life, answering all our questions along the way... with the help of his crew, of course. They were hard-working, friendly, and respectful. They also suggested (and subsequently added) a design feature to the stairs, which is now my favorite part to the overall look. They built a beautiful deck.
