Thank you so much for doing the calendar work to sort through the billing and make it easier for us to manage. Thank you, Shawn, for overseeing the care of our school for so many years - you always responding immediately! We don't actually know how you do that! You are always so professional. Also, we wish to thank Shri, for his physical care and dedication for the school property, for the children, whose work he must always negotiate around, and making life better for the teachers.
I want to tell you that I receive approximately a call a week from other building maintenance companies, looking for new clients and offering to give us free quotes and so forth. I always reply that we have worked happily with the same company for well over a decade and we do not give them a second thought.

Mastercare just completed a full and very comprehensive post renovation construction clean at our home in Kelowna. Both Megan and Grace did a a fabulous job and covered every corner. They even vacuumed the fireplace stone! Sarah was easy to communicate with and very flexible when it came to scheduling. Would recommend this amazing team to anyone needing construction or janitorial cleaning. 10/10!!!!
