Marlin fishing was a big success!
From the time I booked my trip until picking up my fish (frozen) Benjamin and the crew did a fantastic job. Catching a big marlin was the experience of a lifetime. Captain Charlie and crew were serious about catching fish and were fun to spend the day with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stan the man got me and my pregnant wife on a beautiful 30’ panga called the Mahi Mahi. These guys know their stuff and were overly accommodating with us. They got us onto several different species of fish and made some of the best ceviche I’ve had with some of our catch.
6hr Bay Tourist
We went on a 6 hour tour with Stan’s crew- they were absolutely great, knowledgeable, friendly and we topped off the day by my mother catching a sail fish in the bay (crushing my husband’s lifelong dream of catching one). We realize this is extremely lucky- we are active hunters and fishers at home.Would highly recommend- you definitely get a great bang for the buck!
Trip of a lifetime
Stan (owner) runs his business in a way that every fisherman hopes to encounter when booking an offshore trip. Freddy (Captain) and Jorge & Jose (Captain’s Crew) were the most hardworking & knowledgeable crew I’ve ever fished with in 40+ offshore trips. We had 3 Marlin hookups that shook the hook after 15-20 minutes. Landed two amazing Blue Marlin & Jorge & Jose helped my 12 year old son catch the 3rd Blue Marlin all by himself. We released the 3rd Marlin because we were all too tired to even think about catching another one. Trip of a lifetime. Stan - we are new customers for life. We got with Stan and he bent over backwards to line us up a short trip and a long trip as soon as port opened, which he personally called to check on. Captain was highly experienced (40 years, 25 with Master Baiter’s), deck hands worked nonstop and took constant care of us. Best fishing trip of my life. The weather clearing was luck, fishing happened because of Stan’s short notice hard work, and we caught (at the bank) because of Capt. Freddy and crew. Ive never left a google review; I hope someone reads this, books with Master Baiters, and has as big of a blast as we did.

Great Charter Experience
Wow what an amazing experience! I booked an 8 hour charter in the hopes of checking off a bucket list fish for my husband, and they did not disappoint. Communication with Stan and the whole booking process was easy. They knew we wanted to target a Sailfish specifically so we got straight out there and pulled a big one. The crew was friendly and helpful, the boat was clean and nice, and we never felt awkward or uncomfortable. 10/10 would recommend and will be booking again if we're ever back in the area!
Awesome trip
Trip was great. Guys picked us up at the dock at exactly 6:30am at the dock. We stepped on the boat shook some hands and the boat was already moving out of the marina towards the fishing grounds. 40-50 miles out the crew drop the lines in the water and pow 15 mins later my 18 year old daughter was reeling in a nice blue marlin. We hooked up with a really big black marlin later in the that breached the water at about 30 yards from the boat. Then we hooked up a really large sailfish that we fought for about 10 mins before I lost him. 3 great fish in a 10hr trip. Got back to the docks at 4:30. Great fishing trip
Top notch from start to finish!
We were walking along the marina and walked into the storefront. Immediately knew we had found our guy. From the opening fish stories to everything that could be possible it was apparent we were in the right place. Booked a day trip inside the bay, and within minutes everything was confirmed. We were met the next morning at designated spot, greeted, introduced to crew, and everything was looked after, even supplied a bag to go get our lunch as the store was out…. A very nice touch. The boat was great, crew fantastic, and all gear was in good shape. Hooked our share of skipjacks, and lost a couple bigger fish before landing, but it is fishing…right? From the moment we walked into the storefront, until we left the marina, it always felt like we were in good hands. A great experience and one I hope to repeat very soon. Thanks for everything, and we will get em next time for sure!

Had a great time, caught lots of fish. Benjamin with Master Baiters, was very knowledgeable and very personable. He set us up with Tony and Eduardo, they were fun and knew where all the fish were biting! We will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend them enough.

What a great morning!
What a great day!!! Caught a few fighters and several eaters. Crew couldn't have been nicer and patient with my inexperience..Thank you so much for the amazing 4 hours!
My wife and I took a 10 hr charter on December 18th 2024 on their 30ft Super Panga. It was a successful day fishing, we put 3 mahi mahi into the fish box & had several other strikes. Stan was very communicative through the whole booking process. Make sure to research timing when booking a charter and to use the fishing reports Stan writes to formulate your baseline. This year has been a very unique one apparently.

Professional fishing business at Marina Vallarta
Stan, Captain Alonso and Jose took us out on a fun fishing trip last Friday. Fun day! Nice clean boat and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Booked an 8 hour charter in Puerto Vallarta with hopes of catching a billfish. And we did! Captain Charlie put us on the fish. Caught a massive blue Marlin and saw plenty of marine life along the way. Kudos to the both the Cap and his first mate and to the owner Stan for a memorable experience.
