Best place to get work done on my car. I always feel respected and valued when interacting with the awesome folks here! Prices are very very reasonable and they don’t add sneaky fees or do any unnecessary upselling - so I always leave knowing my money was well spent.
Today I got 4 new tires and they fixed up my alignment. My car is rolling soooo smoothly and I can’t thank them enough. I’ll be back!

Been going to Masons for many years. Had a problem with a battery light going on and off. Traced to alternator. New one installed. On drive home light back on. Called, brought car back. More testing. Found testing equipment was giving false reading because of corroded wire from fuse box. Found many corroded wires from box. Fixed all wires. Refunded all money. No charge for new alternator or time. Will continue to bring car to Masons. These are honest people great mechanics. Give up dealership repairs. Go to Masons.

Following word of mouth recommendations, I came to Mason Auto for a pre-purchase inspection, and found those stellar recommendations to be well deserved! The team at Mason Auto were incredibly helpful and thorough in their inspection, and even caught a major issue with the tires that had slipped past the dealerships regular inspection. I was able to get a credit towards replacing the tires thanks to their diligence (which of course I came back to Mason to complete the work, and am thrilled with my new tires!)
I will definitely be using Mason for all of my maintenance needs for my newly purchased vehicle!

I had several repairs done to my 2012 Honda Pilot EXL, primarily a very big and important drive shaft replacement. I was able to both drop off and pick up after business hours, which was important for me as a student who has classes during business hours. They were fast, helpful, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to anyone who needs auto repairs.

This was by far the most excellent experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. They were extremely attentive and kept in constant communication throughout the week my car was in their shop. They explained every inspection find and all possible options based off of my specific concerns/finances/ and timeline. As long as I’m in Bloomington I will be using Masons

This was a great experience. Just general oil change. However, the first experience I had with Mason Automotive was why I went for this why I’ll continue to go to them. I told them over the phone my issue. Ended up that they diagnosed it perfectly and had the presence of mind as well as knowledge to know my issue could be dealt with under warranty, at another place! They didn’t have me come in to tell me that or charge me or anything. Just straight shooting quality guidance.

I had my radiator replaced and 9 months later it started to leak again. I brought it back and they replaced it under warranty. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
