Where do I begin!! Paul was absolutely amazing!!! My daughter at college was having an issue with her car, Electrical Safety issue.
Looked online for a garage near her, found Mason automotive. 5 stars reviews, they were highly recommended.
Mason automotive went above and beyond!
I cannot be happier with their service, pricing and professionalism and most importantly their honesty. Paul kept me informed with everything. Between Paul, technician and the owner they figured out the issue. I felt very confident they would do a great job from the beginning just by speaking with Paul.
Being several hours away I needed to be able to find a place that would find the issue, fix it, make sure it was safe and not take me to the cleaners.
I highly, highly recommend Mason automotive! Give Paul a call if you have any issues with your car. You will be very happy!!!

Great experience and friendly customer service. They did an alignment on my 4Runner. I dropped off my car at 9am and it was ready for pick up by 12:30.

Jared and Mark were fantastic! Being in Chicago, son in Bloomington, they were amazing at helping get my son’s car get fixed and back to him. They followed up, were so kind, and their shop provided amazing service! Highly recommend!

Masons tool my truck in because it failed to start I put a new battery in still wouldn't start I just figured not the battery most likely the starter? Masons said it could be the starter, ignition or battery cable. They said a starter would run 1200 dollars if that's the problem. It was decided to try the cable first and once replaced it continued to start daily for the next week or so.
So far a week later still seems ok. Just wanted to thank Masons for being honest and saving me some money.

My daughter's hybrid vehicle needed to have its 12V battery replaced and she took it to Mark at Mason Automotive. Mark was friendly and professional. First of all These guys rock. I got to talk to Rick and Mark. The full inspection they do is top notch. I went in for oil leak and coolant issues. If something is wrong they will find it. Pay Cash or check get discounted rate. Second of all my truck runs better now than when I bought it. Overall hard to find a place as thorough and honest as Mason Automotive. I got a few more things for them to take care of down the road but engine and thermostat are working beautifully. I highly recommend them over anyone else in town. Keep up the great work fellas!

Pretty solid group of guys never feel like I’m getting ripped off. They’re really understanding and I like supporting local the only thing is, I wish that they did bodywork 😭
