Day of purchasing vehicle I contacted Maryland Express and kourosh went over the items I would need to title the vehicle. Mr. Safaieh is an amazing business owner. Knowledgeable, friendly and most of all his service is fast and convenient. The price premium is by far the best money I've spent. What I accomplished in less than an hour in his office would have been an entire day wasted at the MVA and my time is worth it. He doesnt nickel and dime you either. His prices are reasonable and transparent. He provides a full breakdown before you can even ask. I needed to update an address in addition to the plethora of other issues i had and since its just a few clicks for him and his software he just fixed it along with the other services I purchased. THAT is great customer service. If you dont have time to play MVA games this is where you need to be. Most of all he's just a nice guy. This was a great experience. Highly recommend MES.
