Very impressed with Martin Water Systems starting with the young lady who answered the phone. The salesman, Kelly, was very knowlegible and answered every question I had. He explained what equipment I needed as well as some options. The installers, Aaron and Jesse, were prompt, congenial and professional. The completed install is very neat and I like how easy it is to get to the pre-filters. Aaron explained everything I needed to know and even moved and neatly restocked my supply of solar salt. If the four people I interacted with are an example of Martin's personnel the manager should be very proud of his team.

Had a great experience with Wendell. He was very friendly and informative. During a recent visit, he performed a water test and maintenance on my whole house water softener. He explained the process, gave me some tips and recommended ways to keep the system running at its peak. Just an all around pleasant service call.
Great experience with these guys. Darren came to my house and walked me step by step. I wanted a new water softener, the water filtration at my sink for drinking water, a hook up that I never had to my frig and also cold drinking water through my frig door. They installed, and explained to me the process of filtering and usage. Would definitely use them again. Nice and courteous and got the job done. Thank you
