Wendall came out and answered all questions in depth. He came with additional solutions as Martins Water seems to actively look at real solutions, applying the latest learned from the field. Great service this time and all times we used them. We tend to have high iron and very hard water and the system recommended and installed is getting better as time goes.

KERVIN RECENTLY REPLACED MY ENTIRE PURE WATER SYSTEM AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT, MY SEWER SYSTEM CHOSE TO BLOCK UP WHEN KERVIN WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB. i CALLED MY PLUMBER WHO RESPONSED WITHIN MINUTES. BECAUSE KERVIN COULD NOT CONTINUE HIS WORK HE LEFT TO DO ANOTHER JOB WITH THE PROMISE TO COME BACK WHEN THE WATER COULD BE TURNED ON. IT TOOK THE PLUMBER ALMOST 3 HOURS TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE. i CALLED kERVIN AND HE RETURNED WITHIN 20 MINUTES AN FINISHED HIS EXCELLENT JOB. jOEL r. sCHRANK Arbor Gate

Very happy with the service! I had a water softener system installed last year. Martin’s was spectacular throughout the whole process. Everyone I was in contact with was helpful and honest. It has now been one full year and I just finished having the system serviced. Everything tested well and is running so smoothly. Very happy with the customer care and quality of product. I have used Martin's for at least the last 10 years. I am very happy with the service and price. You get what you pay for. Kervin has to be the beast of all the installers. His work is absolutely amazing! He is very respectful and I would recommend him for any install. He should get a pay raise from the company because it's because of his work that this job happened.

Have a very good water softener that I purchased many years ago from Martin Water Treatment. It is very good, very reliable but it’s getting old so I requested a check up. Loran came to look my system over. Very nice gentleman, on time pleasant, checked my softener out, confirmed it was still working fine and was good for now. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, didn’t forecast eminent disaster checked it out and left his card and left. Martin’s have yet again shown me they are reliable, honest and trustworthy.
