Darin Schiller from verge real estate team was our Realtor for the duration of our journey from renters to first time home buyers. He was sent listing upon listings from us to the point that we thought we were being annoying. But time after time he would sift through our interests and find the ones that could be right for us. In the end we found the perfect home for our budget and skill level and Derin was there to help us every step of the way keeping a professional yet friendly demeanour throughout the entirety of the process. If I ever have to buy another home in the future, I would definitely go back to Derin as I’ve had a great experience thus far.

Darin was simply the best!! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us find our first home! He was extremely patient with us and would actually tell us all the cons with a place if he thought it wasn’t worth it, instead of pressuring us to make the sale. We literally felt like family to him he treated us with so much care and never rushed us even though it took a us a year and a half to find a home. I cannot reccomend him enough, him and his team are the best of the best!
