We are a family of 6 in all ages, and our children are from young adults to teens all comes here for our dental care. We've been with them since we moved to East Bay back in 2022. From Dr.Kumar with his great staffs, they are all amazingly nice, attentive and provide the best service. Aside from getting the best care for our dental needs, it's also a must from me the people that I'll be communicating with. I recommend this clinic for everyone especially if you have a big family like mine.

I scheduled an appointment at Marsh Creek Dental for a routine dental cleaning. Upon arrival, I paid $99 and waited for nearly an hour before being informed by the dentist that I needed a deep cleaning instead. The office refused to perform the regular cleaning I had scheduled and provided a treatment estimate exceeding $4,000, which is unreasonable, especially for patients without dental insurance.
I believe the office should have informed me before charging me that they would not perform a routine cleaning. When I requested a refund from the office manager, Jessica, since no service was provided, she refused and said the $99 could only be used as credit toward the deep cleaning. When I told her I did not wish to continue with their services, she responded rudely and told me to “ask a lawyer and sue them.”
This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dental office and advise others to be cautious before scheduling an appointment.
Our whole family has been coming here for a few years now, and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Kumar and the entire staff. Our three young kids used to go to Kids Dental World, but after several negative experiences, they developed serious anxiety about going to the dentist. Since switching to Marsh Creek Dental, they actually look forward to their visits!
The staff here is truly the best; friendly, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They always follow up after any dental work, and their conversations go beyond the usual patient interactions, making us feel valued and cared for. Dr. Kumar takes his time with each of our kids, explains everything clearly, and has really earned their trust.
Recently, my 9-year-old daughter had a fall that cracked her two front teeth, leaving her unable to eat or brush. The office got us in first thing the next morning, and Dr. Kumar repaired her teeth beautifully, just 12 hours after the accident. Their dedication to exceptional care is unmatched.
They are punctual, clean, flexible, and incredibly kind. I can’t recommend Marsh Creek Dental enough!
I have been coming here for 2years. Started when my insurance changed and I needed a new dentist. At that time I needed a crown, and they saved me $800 over my old out of network dentist. They are always attentive and comfort is #1. Dr. Kumar and staff are friendly and kind. Very happy with their care!

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Dr. Kumar and his staff were very professional and friendly 👏. When I walked in the office I was greeted and waited about 10 minutes until I was called to get my exam and X-rays by a very kind young man and he was very pleasant to talk to.
