Disappointing and unacceptable
I absolutely do not recommend this company.
The transporter delivered the car 100 km away from the agreed location, claiming they were unable to reach me by phone. No solution was offered and there was no commercial support whatsoever afterward.
I am genuinely shocked that in 2026 customers can still be treated this way.
I paid over €400 for this transport — and this is the result.

Ich habe Dank Fa. Marlog, in Persona Laura van der Kooi, meine Horsebox aus Nottingham endlich nach Hause holen können. Leider habe ich mich vorab nicht so gut informiert, deshalb musste ich die Horsebox beim ersten Anlauf in Dover stehen lassen. Dann habe ich Fa. Marlog beauftragt und es lief wie geschmiert.
Ich habe mich gut betreut gefühlt und mir wurde bei jeder Frage telefonisch und per Mail geholfen. Ich habe bisher nichts anderes importiert, aber ich würde es wieder über Marlog machen 👍
Inmiddels heb ik al meerdere autotransporten door Marlog Car Handling laten verzorgen en elke keer verloopt het proces vlekkeloos. Ze zijn professioneel, communiceren duidelijk en komen hun afspraken na. Een betrouwbare partner voor iedereen die een auto wil importeren of exporteren. Absoluut een aanrader! In dit geval deze mooie BMW E9 uit Noord-Ierland. Zeer tevreden klant!
Super geduldig en behulpzame service van Laura. Ze heeft me mega geholpen met een verhuisgoed verklaring voor mijn Motorfiets.
Ook de inklaring van de motorfiets in Duiven sprak allemaal voor zich, eenvoudig bereikbare locatie, en snelle service van het team ter plaatse.
