Very Professional, Honorable, Responsive, Efficient, Knowledgeable, Generous & charitably minded, Involved with the community and just gets the Job done period. We build high end luxury custom homes over one and a half million dollars and in a very slow time for high end priced homes he listed it on 9-23-2025 and had it under contract by 11-19-2025 and closing in just 30 day which is less than 2 months. I can without question recommend Mark Gibson to represent Home Buyers, Sellers and Builders.

There are always stressors that come with selling a home. Some situations are fortunate enough to only entail the common and expected stressors. Others, like ours, are more complex and challenging. Mark and his team are good people. And THAT is what sets them apart. Anyone can sell your house. But my review of Mark and his team comes from a place of gratitude for the fact that he (and Roxy) knew our situation was a difficult one, and they helped navigate us through it. The end result was SUCCESS! I would recommend this team to first-time clueless buyers/sellers, to those who have all their ducks in a row and just need to be represented well, and to those who are trying to buy/sell while life is crashing down around them throughout the process.
