The experience was very good. The therapist was thorough and very nice.

Liliana's Medical Pedicure was first class as always (Liliana is so good I have come back for years) and Kamilla's Supreme Manicure and Toe Nail Shellac Polish was also excellent. The Reception service is also fabulous.

Pedicure was ok, I do like that I feel safer making sure my ingrown toe nails feel so much better after a treatment however the price tag is still very high for the service received. You get a 45min appointment time but if you don't need it your medical professional will not do anything extra. Treatment time lasted less than 25mins.

Not great experience today when I had an Express Pedicure. Nail varnish on one of my nails was lumpy, and dry skin around the nails, and cuticles, were not cut back / filed away properly. To be fair, I got a discount and an offer to have it redone for free, but at that point I just wanted to leave as I was so disappointed. In the past I have had really good Medical Pedicures at Margaret Dabbs - always been happy with these. Maybe this bad experience was a one-off. I hope so.

I have been coming to Margaret Dabbs, at Liberty, for several years now and could not recommend it more highly. Very professional and pleasant staff.

I regularly ask for Liliana for my pedicures, who is just wonderful. I think it is very disappointing that, in these times, the packages are not as good value as they used to be. You used to be able to get 6 manicures or pedicures for 5 if you paid in advance. I am also shocked that they no longer accept the Carnaby card. As a result, I do not go as often as I used to. I used to go very, very regularly.

I was so looking forward to my supreme pedicure and express manicure which my husband had gifted to me as a birthday present. Sadly the experience was no different to my local salon and the beautician was not as good. I was disappointed to be sat in a tiny reception area where treatment chairs were squashed in and my feet were soaked in a stainless steel bowl. The therapist sprayed cut nails and cuticles over me as worked as well as nipping one of my cuticles so she could not buff that nail. I was less than impressed with skill and hygiene at double the price of my local nail spa -I expected more. Having booked at Margaret Dabbs which came highly recommended by a friend, I was left disappointed bythe experience. I should maybe have read the reviews first and have gone to the flagship branch in New Cavendish. In any event having a non medical pedicure/manicure feels like second class experience which is done in the waiting area. The final insult is that the nail polish is chipping two days on from application.

Tracey is professional, lovely to talk to and executed my pedicure to a high standard. Liberty’s is a lovely store, I usually go to Margaret Dabbs Marylebone but will come back to Liberty’s.

I had to reschedule my appointment, I thought i would naturally be rebooked with the same person which I was very happy with and always have. When I arrived on Saturday to my surprised I had been booked to see someone else who was a principle therapist and £50 more expensive which is a lot. She was lovely but I could not afford the extra £50 and was annoyed that it happened.

Wonderful service at Margaret Dabbs at Liberty. My nail reconstruction was impeccable - they look great and from past experience I know they’ll last for months.
