The pedicure itself was fine (although I’m entirely unsure why it warrants the price tag), but the salon itself could use a really good clean. Cobwebs in the windows; stains in the toilet; the tops of the cupboards as you walk down the stairs are FILTHY.

I love visiting the Cheltenham salon and have my pedicure treatment with Chelsea. My feet and nails look great after suffering a nail trauma that took ages to heal. I have extremely sensitive feet so pedicures are not my fav treatment, Chelsea takes it all in her stride 🥰

I booked a 'Male Supreme Pedicure' as a birthday treat for my partner. It cost £55 for 50 minutes but lasted exactly 30 minutes. When I questioned why it only lasted 30 minutes instead of 50, I was told extra time is allowed for painting the nails (for a male pedicure?!!). I felt he was given a basic pedicure and we left disappointed and feeling ripped off. Would definitely not return.

The treatment is designed to last up to 50 minutes, with additional time built in should clients opt for a polish. However, we absolutely take on board your concern that this left the experience feeling shorter than expected in this case.

Wonderful treatments, I have regular manicures with Chelsea, the manageress, who is superb I could not wish for better treatment. I also have regular medical pedicures and have even managed to persuade my husband to come regularly for these and now he would not want to miss an appointment. Another wonderful experience.Chelsea at MD Cheltenham worked miracles on feet and nails. My feet have never looked so good and I am all set up for my holiday.
I booked a Supreme pedicure with massage and I’m sorry to say I was disappointed. The treatment did not match the description on your website. The therapist did a good job of tidying and painting my nails but it took 45 minutes whereas your website describes it as a 55 minute treatment and it did not include any massage. Your website describes an intensive, revitalising masssge but I had nothing. This was the main reason why I picked the treatment. I didn’t say anything because the therapist and colleague were talking about how she’d been upset by another client and I felt bad for her. I also sensed that she felt rushed as her next clients had arrived. Sorry to give negative feedback but the treatment just didn’t reflect what I wanted and why I’d picked the clinic.

I’ve just had a lovely luxury pedicure! Relaxing & very thorough. Good selection of Shellac colours. Will definitely be returning for my next one!
Have visited a few times and great service. This time around, booked over a month previously; confirmed via email this week and two days prior to visit informed that they have to cancel and offer 9am or 5pm (both not ideal). Selected the 5pm.
Arrived early, told to sit and wait. No offer of refreshment. At start of treatment, told to sit on chair & remove socks (for pedicure); only then to be told to pay in advance at reception.
Service cold, little interaction
Met with Ruby today for a pedicure and varnish .. lovely experience with lots of advice to improve my feet and how to maintain my now beautiful toes
Very helpful with choosing colours and advising on shellac rather than normal varnish as I’m off on holiday next week ..so I want them to last a bit longer !
I’m looking forward to booking again very soon with Ruby xx
Jose was incredibly professional and put me at ease straight away. My feet have never felt like this, and will be coming back every 4-6 months to make sure they stay this great !
Staff are very friendly, wonderful pedicure and helped with my emergency last Saturday. Will be going regularly now and just placing an order for some products too (shame they won't offer the discount in store - sadly that's the stores loss 😪)
