After being turned away by UPS for notarizing a unique document in another language with a different first name—a common situation for those with dual citizenship—I found Marco, and I’m so glad I did. I had all the proper documents in both my native language and English, and Marco went the extra mile by calling the notary public hotline to verify that everything was in order. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally, all within 10 minutes. Highly knowledgeable and focused on getting the job done—definitely someone I’d recommend!

I've had to come here twice to do Live Scan background checks and it is always a breeze. Make your appointment, show up, and you are in and out in minutes. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and knows what they are doing... I've had trouble getting my fingerprints to work at other Live Scan locations but they have never had a problem here. There is a parking lot and also street parking (metered). Highly recommended!

Such a phenomenal guy, he took extra time explaining the whole Live Scan process to me. He was beyond patient with all my questions. The process probably took about 10 to 15 minutes. I definitely will be coming back if I ever need another LiveScan.

I needed a Livescan and I found Mark's company on Google. He was courteous and professional over the phone, even quoting me a fair price over the phone. When I arrived, I needed to use the restroom, and I was happily surprised that I was able to use the one on their premises. The Livescan fingerprinting process was smooth and professional.
