Mi llave se desprogramo y al llegar después de una cena la recepción estaba cerrada, no contestaron ningun teléfono ☎️ publicado, ni por emergencia, no tienen velador que haga rondines, me quede fuera de mí habitación toda la noche. Hable a todos los teléfonos ☎️ que encontré en GOOGLE y no responden.

☺La villa muy amplia, con una vista espectacular, limpia, cómoda, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, su sala muy cómoda para ver TV, decoración de muy buen gusto, cerca del mercado Cuale, unos 15 minutos caminando, personal muy amable y al pendiente decoración preguntas y peticiones. Nos encantó!! Muchas gracias!!
☹Confieso que camino al alojamiento me preocupe por el camino, llegamos de noche y estaba desierto, angosto, obscuro, algunas partes sin pavimentar, pero una vez que llegamos y conocimos el área todo estuvo espectacular. Además me dio confianza que estuvieron al pendiente de mi llegada, ya que la recepción cierra a las 9pm. Es un alojamiento no apto para personas en sillas de ruedas.

☹Wished the resort had a snack store. There's an Oxxo about a block away. But you have to walk down then back up a steep hill. Not to mention having to cross a busy street. And it's very hot most of the year to do any of that.

Marcela resort and Spa exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was brilliant. The gardens and pool all together were well thought out and maintained the food was delicious the pool bar excellent and staff were very friendly we cannot recommend this place enough the only small issue was the steep walk from the beach but taxis took care of that.

☺The room was tastefully appointed with a good kitchen and washer drier the views over the beautiful gardens and beyond were spectacular. All the staff were very friendly and the food was also very good. The A/C worked well and the large wrap around balcony was nice to sit out on and watch the sunsets.
The swimming pools were at the perfect temperature, which cooled you down nicely when it got too hot on the loungers
☹Nothing about the property to dislike. It was a bit of a hike from the beach area but taxis took care of that

This place is excellent and would highly recommend! Betty at the front desk was amazing and the communication via Whatsapp was great. The waiters and bartenders were top notch, and the food/drinks were excellent. We rented the entire floor which had had a tremendous amount of space and amazing views. The entire resort and pools were great, and everything is walking distance. The putting green area could use some upkeep but overall for the price you cannot go wrong. Betty also arranged private transportation for entire group from the airport to our next resort and the airport for departure. Perfect for families and large groups!
Great Visit
Had a wonderful stay at the Marcela Resort & Spa. Eight of us (grandparents, parents, and children) occupied the connecting 6th floor suites. Resort employees were all very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in the front office. Suites were spacious and very nice and had kitchens, washer/dryers and the balconies overlooked the beautiful town of Puerto Vallarta (with restaurants, shopping, and the beach within walking distance). Great visit.
