I wholeheartedly recommend Sliding Door Roller Replacement! Their staff is skilled, professional and personable. They know their business and are extremely efficient. Response time was great. Orr and Melissa came in, went to the door and in a matter of seconds Orr determined the problem and promptly did what was necessary to rectify it. I wouldn't think of calling another company!

I had a great experience with The Glass Depot. I called them about replacing the glass in my sliding door, sent a photo and the measurements, and they got back to me with a quote right away. They came out the very next day to do the work, and the whole job was quick and smooth. The technician, Dylan, was polite, professional, and overall awesome to work with. I originally heard about them after they fixed the rollers on my parents’ sliding glass door, and I’m really glad I went with their recommendation. I’d definitely use them again!

Their price was much cheaper than the other company we contacted and completed the repair the same day. Christopher arrived as scheduled, was pleasantly outgoing, thoroughly checked every window & accurately diagnosed the problem with one of our windows. He determined the balance weight needed, got the part number, and communicated with the office. We were informed of the price, deposit put down, email of entire encounter along with Picture of check sent to me. We needed a screen replaced, and he arranged for that also. Christopher returned less than a week later and installed the pair of new balances, and the new screen, all working! Completely satisfied! Thank you!

Communication was great, technicians arrived on time great job installing a new piece of glass for my sliders However, the reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because, now the frame to the door is bent and won't slide properly It was not like that prior to the repair. If they would correct this I'd give them a 10 star rating

We’d like to take a moment to clarify a few details regarding your service. When we arrived, we documented the condition of the sliding door, including photos, and noted that the rollers were already in poor shape. We offered to replace the rollers during the glass replacement, as they directly impact how well the door slides. However, this service was declined by you.
Our scope of work was limited to replacing the glass only. Unfortunately, replacing the glass does not address pre-existing mechanical issues with the door, such as worn rollers or bent framing. We strive to set clear expectations with all our customers to avoid this kind of misunderstanding.
That said, we’d be happy to revisit the issue and replace the rollers if you choose to do that so it can help improve the function of your sliding door.

Dylan is great. Second time using this company and I would use them again. The deadbolts they installed 4 years ago are still working great! As well as the sliding glass door rollers.

Our sliding door had a wavy track, was hard to open and close, and closed tightly on the bottom half, but was barely closing on the top half. Dylan came out yesterday repairing the track and installing new rollers. The door closes tightly top to bottom. AMAZING!!! I had gotten a few quotes for a new door before learning we could repair the door. So glad we did because it rolls smoother than ever, we saved a bunch of money, and it still matches the adjacent doors. Great company. Didn’t realize how much I hated my door before. Love, love, love it now!
