Chris and his parther, both efficient, professional and neat. Job done in a timely manner as well.
Got same day window replacement. Christopher explained the process and gave a time estimate. He was going over everything after replacing the window and ended up staying to fix our patio door as well. It works better now than the whole time we've had the house. Great, prompt service.
The Glass Doctor did great job on my sliding doors. Christopher was very knowledgeable and personal and explained everything as needed.
this company is a 5 star they are very sincere about customer satisfaction this is a Definitely a gold star company everyone should feel confident in doing business with them
Christopher was great! Excellent experience. He was friendly and professional. He had my window repaired very quickly. I highly recommend The Glass Depot Tampa.
I have an older sliding glass door from antiquity. It's age presented a few minor glitches which Dylan easily remedied.
I'm satisfied with the work done by The Glass Depot.
Had a great experience with Christopher. He arrived during the expected window. He was professional, courteous, and explained the situation and my options.
I now have a functioning patio door again
Dylan called us right after he had a chance to look at the slider door we had reported and then looked at an additional door for us. He knew what the problems were immediately. He not only gave us his recommendations for repairs but he knew the pricing off the top of his head and had everything taken care of in less than an hour. We use this vendor for all of our sliding door needs and this is just one of the many reasons why.
Great service, fixed my slider door lock, but he noticed the slider was a little difficult so he took the door off found a piece of plastic in the track and now my door slides with ease and I can now lock it with just one click.
Do you want 5 star service when you have a broken double paned window? Would you like to deal with really knowledgeable, honest and nice people from the owner, Michelle, to the estimator Chris and tech Dylan? Would you like to have Chris and Dylan install that new double paned window within a week?? Well, this is what my very positive experience with this company has been like.
Michelle, the owner, sent Chris out initially to evaluate the situation. Chris knew what he was talking about and he patiently answered all of my questions. As did Michelle when I called her with a few more. This morning Chris and Dylan arrived and did the replacement in 35 minutes. Faster service overall and better service technicians one could not ask for. I am so grateful to each of them and to Michelle.
Everyone earned every honest $ they received and I certainly do highly recommend The Glass Depot!
