He shampooed my carpet and cleaned the literal fungus in the bottom crevice of my windscreen - I'm grateful, because I would have never touched that myself. He also offered me cold water and refreshments as compensation for driving all the way to his house for the detail (one of the rare times he was unable to make it to mine). Been getting details from him for long enough to know that it's a good choice :)
