I had a very bad experience with levis automobile. I had hired the guy name RAJ for my interior detailing and exterior for my small scratches but My car was same at the end of 4hours of his time. At the beginning RAJ told me that he was gonna fix my car exterior scratches and make it new and guess what none of the scratches have been removed and also the interior detailing was not satisfied. Hi Dipesh, I’m sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the result. Before starting, I explained that while I would attempt to improve and remove the scratches, certain deeper scratches like the deeper black marks I pointed out would still remain.
On the day of the detail, you did mention you were disappointed some scratches could not fully come out, which I understood, and I reduced the final price to reflect that, as the scratches were much deeper than first thought. However, I was able to remove the scratches on the left rear quarter panel of the vehicle, which I showed you during the job. You also mentioned in your review that you were not satisfied with the interior detail, however on the day you stated you were happy with the interior condition upon completion.

Got my car detailed yesterday and I’m so happy with how it turned out. It looks and feels so fresh, like a full reset inside and out. You can really tell he put in the time and paid attention to all the little details.
