Intressant nytt sätt att bo på. Fint, nybyggt och bra läge. Perfekt om man flyttar till stan och inte känner så mycket folk sedan innan. Man känner sig som en individ, men man bor med andra och det finns alltid något att göra.
Väldigt skönt med städning som ingår. Eliminerar mycket bråk. Fungerar väldigt bra.

I've been living here for about half a year now. It's a nice living experience. People here in general are very friendly and are open to different kinds of free time activities. The staff is also very friendly. I especially recommend this accommodation for Erazmus students and Volvo internship members.

Perfekt ställe att bo på om man vill ha mer än bara en lägenhet. Inte bara är huset helt nytt och servicen jättebra, man får också träffa massor av nya människor och verkligen bli en del av en stark gemenskap. Kan stark rekommendera!

Lovely place, where I stayed during my Erasmus studies in Gothenburg. It offers privacy in your own room, but also many possibilities to socialise with other people.

They have done an amazing job defining how community living should be. It gives you the feeling of a group of friends living together but with some perks of a managed apartment (like regular cleaning every week, community events and most importantly a management that cares about the comfort of the colivers).
Regarding the rooms, it gives you enough space. You have your own private space to retreat to when you want some alone time. But otherwise the shared living spaces are big enough.
The location is also very apt, close to the bus stop and to lake Delsjon.
It won't be completed without mentioning Noeller who is the Gothenburg hub manager, makes sure that everyone's comfortable and the Hub is well maintained.

More than a classic accommodation, for students and young workers: it's a real community. It serves as a great launchpad if you arrive in Göteborg without knowing anyone. Worthwhile the money if you want a nice private room with the experience of enjoying unforgettable moments with international housemates.

My floormates I met were super nice!
But colive is… hmmmmm
-Quite cold during the winter. I woke up so early almost everyday since it was too cold
-Digital key system has a lot of problems.. once there is an issue, it is not fixed easily(waited for 2 months but not fixed..)
if u r kitchen side, u can hear the noise outside quite well. Also if u live at the building with the garbage room, there r some spots u can smell bad
also mix of student group and worker group - more student friendly.
so if u r a young twenty who loves to make intl friends and party, maybe it could be good?
Also they are quite harsh on the cleaning inspection.. though when I came to room it was not super clean..
Good part: had own toilet, close to bus station.
But still to me it is a bit hard to recommend to my friends etc..

We are of course sad to hear that you are disappointed in other areas, but glad that you are brining it to our attention so we can look into it. I am sorry to hear that you've experienced a cold room, but I couldn’t see that you've made any error reports about this. I would have hoped that you'd said something when you lived with us so we could have helped you.
In regards to the cleaning, I checked with out host who needed to clean your bathroom for an hour before it was ready for the next resident.
Nevertheless, I will definetely take all these points to the team to see what could be done differently and better in the future!
