Writes symptom based treatment, poor in root cause analysis and permanent fix.staff nurse is worst and rude behaviour, don't recommend this clinic. Writes and does all the tests in clinic only. As there is no way to respond clinic response to my review, am editing my review comments here.
This dr.didnt even remember what treatment he has given and what complaints I consulted him for. He was talking on CBP etc... but the test he suggested was 2D echo...

Mr Shekhar thank you for taking time to give a review, to go indepth for your case Fact check is that you already went to a local physician before you came to our morning Dr and when he asked to do root cause analysis (which means test as per ur understanding) and you denied later same test you did later for yourself when you had to come with Fever on 3rd day and tests were only CBP and CRP for which we never insist to do at our center. We only provide that we have the facility but never Insist to do at our place which is ur false claim. Also logically u r talking about root cause analysis and ur hesitating for the tests done - which byitself is explanatory of your thought process. U had giddiness with low BP and so that you dont fall on your back home we advised to rehydrate you for which you stared with big AAAh as if we were offering a procedure. out of all the lengthy Dr Pt discussion we can understand that u wanted Rx according to your own from ChatGpt and Google by taking an antibiotic dose once instead of scientifically recommended dose.

One of the finest doctors, Dr. Siva Prasad, demonstrates exceptional expertise and professionalism. A notable strength of the hospital is its staff, who are courteous, soft-spoken, and highly attentive to patients’ needs.
Sister Sini provided compassionate care and attended to my mother with utmost sincerity at 2:00 AM when she was in severe pain, ensuring comfort and timely support.
I sincerely thank the entire hospital team for delivering excellent service and for maintaining 24/7 availability, which is truly commendable.

Dr.I.V.Siva prasad is an excellent and highly skilled doctor. I have visited Prasad's clinic so many times with my husband..
Firstly I visited the clinic because of the severe swelling in the feet due to unknown reasons which is later detected as Chikungunya fever by Dr.Siva Prasad sir. With the right treatment I really feel much better and the swelling get cured after a few days of treatment.
Now again both of us visited the clinic because of Fever and Throat pain. This time we take the online consultation process ...the whole consultation process was easy, stress free and convenient...Prasad doctor always listen to our issues very patiently and then explains only the right treatment options and medications for us with extreme care.
The hospital staff members especially the Head nurse Sini chechi, a very special thanks to her... Sini chechi was extremely kind, supportive and helpful whenever we need assistance and always there to help us at any time. She was very cooperative and managed everything smoothly with extreme care throughout with a lot of patience.
Also I really appreciate for the staff member's politeness, genuine care and compassion.
Very convenient appointments, good approach and good hygienic environment.

We were cheated by the clinic staff. A woman told us on call that the doctor had gone nearby and would come soon, so we visited the clinic. After reaching, she said the doctor was not available and he would only speak on call. There was a board outside the clinic which said doctor was on leave. She took an ECG and BP and then called someone on call claiming he was the doctor. We never saw the doctor and do not know who he was. He scared us by saying there was a heart blockage and that we must rush to a hospital, saying the clinic could not handle a cardiac arrest at midnight. Later, two experienced doctors confirmed there was no such heart issue. There was no proper diagnosis at all done at this clinic. We were told lies by the staff.
We had a very good experience at the clinic. Dr. Prasad was extremely patient, attentive and reassuring. He took the time to listen carefully, explained things clearly, and showed a strong understanding of the situation. His calm and confident approach gave us a lot of comfort during a difficult time. We’re hopeful that under Dr. Prasad’s guidance, my mother continues to recover well.
A special mention to Vismayah, the nurse... she was truly wonderful. Very caring, affectionate, and attentive throughout. She took exceptional care of my mother and made sure she was comfortable at all times. She genuinely deserves appreciation (and honestly, a raise).
Also, heartfelt thanks to Sini at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, kind, and empathetic, and managed everything smoothly with a lot of patience. She made the entire process stress-free and was always ready to help.
Overall a very positive and reassuring experience. Grateful to the entire team...
