This is the best dentist office I’ve been to! The staff is very friendly and calming. I have awful anxiety around dental work, but Maple Park listens, cares, communicates, and are just great folks. They have given me my smile and confidence back. Dr. Brooke is outstanding and I’m so thankful for her and her assistants!
Would give more stars but they changed the dental plan and instead of pulling one of my child’s teeth pulled three and told me after they were done versus discussing the plan change with me.
I had a dentist cone to my hospital to get my wisdom teeth taken out only to get an infection my cheek swell in the hospital three days after surgery. for two days on steroids an antibiotics left a right. Not knowing how the surgery went he never came in to talk to me after surgery was over. I asked if my tooth was infected when he took it out and never got a solid response. I pray this don’t ever happen to anyone else!
I have been a patient here for 8 years and have always had positive experiences. They are an all in one stop for your dental needs, from regular cleanings to implants and braces, they have you covered. They are very expensive and do not offer discounts of any kind, that is my only negative.

The reality of getting a single new tooth is someone guessing the proper angle and free hand drilling a post into your bone structure. The first one failed because I continued to complain of how monstrous this crown was in my mouth and felt like an imposter. Because the bone refused the implant, I needed a new titanium post to go back in. Second surgery, the post finally set in, but with a new crown continued to have problems with other teeth moving as a result of the implant.
Two replacement crowns, many bite adjustments later and over FIVE years of going back and forth to the dentist resulted in many awful and awkward discussions about payment and who would be responsible. I needed to just start over with just a simple tooth extraction, but I couldn’t.
Precipitously, the bite adjustments became useless and benign, and less and less responsibility allocated for the product they sold me. Dr Woodburn insisted the tooth has been reshaped so that it doesn’t even touch my other teeth. He even offered to take the crown out leaving the stub there so that he could prove it was not rubbing. Now reoccurring skin angular due to bite.
In the end: I paid almost 4k for a bite worse than I started, now causing loss of vertical dimension. Despite the fact that my positive individual interactions in my history and posts did happen- this was a nightmare result. Dr admitted this had never happened to him and decided not to offer any further bite adjustments.
10/7/25- Thanks Dr Woodburn (and assistant(s))I appreciate the coaching and support you offered to rebuild the value of my implant, to make sure there are no bone or gum issues, and to keep me infor on what is normal under the circumstances. I have tried the professional mouth wash stuff you recomm and I think it can hit these harder to reach areas carrying bacteria. Thanks for the bite adjustment, mouthwash and for being good to me Maple Park.
5/13/25- Good investigative work to help my bite. The assistant was very engaged with encouraging, positive conversation about how to keep asking for help when I need it. Thanks Maple Park Dental for calming nerves and adjusting my bite. Quick and easy, much appreciated.
2/21/24. Good experience with Doctor and assistant. They reassured me the implant is doing well and that the crown had loose screw. We cleaned it up and reinstalled with no problems

Bite adjustments were made today on 11/15/21 as a follow up care for my dental implant. Both Dr. Perry and assistant were very professional and worked well together. The adjustment made helped me feel more comfortable chewing and matching the teeth
I have been seen several times since my initial implant to make bite adjustments and I continue to trust Maple Park Dental to find out why my bite is not quite right. I know it is difficult to find what is "normal" when you have a new tooth, but so far, minor adjustments and much encouragement based on bite test administered by Dr. Perry reassured me that everything should be okay despite the feeling that this crown might be too tall from the beginning.
I am a bit worried about symptoms of bone loss around my tooth implant, and show signs of infection on my cheek side gums. I go to see Dr. Perry again Monday March 7th to check on bite again. Hopefully I can learn more about possible infection or confirm that everything is fine. Thanks for continued care.
I learned that there was, bone loss resulting in failed implant. Graciously, Dr. Lashley has offered to not only remove the implant, but work on a different plan to get it reinforced and replaced. I'm trusting and hoping we/ I don't get unlucky enough to have same experience. Trusting the plan forward, thanks for your continued care as I know sometimes and rarely the body can reject implant.

I was in a lot of pain with my tooth and called to be seen. They could not guarantee me next day but staff actually cared and was able to get me in same day due to a cancellation. They always told me if we can get you in sooner we will call. They were so helpful and everyone was empathetic of the pain. They seemed like they truly wanted me to be better
