I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shah and the entire team! Dr. Shah helped me so much to get rid of my severe pain and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my treatment. She is incredibly caring, patient, and truly professional — she takes the time to explain everything clearly and always ensures I’m relaxed and confident before starting any procedure. Thanks to her, I finally feel so much better!
A special thanks also to Ria, who is so kind and generous. She explained every step in detail and made the whole experience easy to understand. Her friendly attitude and support mean a lot.

Dr Shah is excellent at her work, so calm and cool with my 6 year old daughter. My daughter had traumatic experiences before at dental, we were quoted for her treatment that involved extraction and crown and what not and also out of our budget. We travelled from Mississauga to Burlington on reference from a friend and the first meeting with Dr Shah made us comfortable. She believes in restoration and that’s what we needed. Even the staff, Rhea at front desk and the support staff with her in the room was so kind towards us. Very accommodating with appointments. Overall a very pleasant experience, we have another appointment coming up so and my daughter is Infact excited about it now 😊

I’m a BIG Baby when it comes to going to the dentist. Rhea greets you at the front desk with a beautiful smile & is so genuine & makes you feel comfortable. The Dentist Dr. Shah is fabulous! She is so gentle, ( I had freezing & honestly didn’t feel it at all) she is knowledgeable and works with expertise. The gentleman who assists her is also fantastic. They work so well together and they are both all about keeping you comfortable. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I will looking forward to going back lol. If you are someone who is nervous this is the team to go to!!

I hope this review helps anybody looking for an ethical dentist. My first experience at the Mapleview clinic was seemingly positive the dentist that I had seen it was super kind suggested that I wait for my benefits to approve before we do any more work on my mouth, obviously, I agreed and waited to come back when my Insurance approved my procedure. Coming into this next appointment, I was under the understanding that my Insurance covered the majority of needed to be done and that I would only be paying around $31 out of pocket. The dentist I saw in this next appointment was a different one. While already working on my mouth she found another cavity and said she was going to go ahead and fill it, which I agreed to not understanding how much more this would cost me. When everything was done and I went to go pay, the receptionist told me to go home and then they would send a bill to me since the dentist was busy. Couple hours later I received the bill which was now $811, when I expressed my stress and confusion about this, they directed me to the office manager, who during this time was on vacation. When I was finally in contact with her, she was condescending, ending the conversation by pretty much saying that this was my fault that I need to be more communicative with my dentist going forward about my financial situation and that they do work on people for what they need and don’t consider how much it will cost their client .. The office manager expressed that they would be able to give me 60% off the $811 that they charged me, Which I was not still happy about, but still agreed to do. When I went into the office to pay, The now previous $811 had changed to $853.. obviously, I appreciate not having to pay the full 811 and still received the 60% off. I definitely wish that this dentist had kept the same energy as the first dentist I saw at this clinic, when considering whether this would be covered by my insurance. when I showed another dentist, what had been done in my mouth he said that a lot of what they did was not urgent and could’ve been definitely waited until my insurance renewed. I don’t know if they were trying to hit some type of quota, but I felt like this was an unethical practice.
