Could not recommend highly enough. My wife and I travelled over from the UK for our wedding celebrations and could not have asked for a better experience. Lauren and James were amazing throughout, from the first introductory call, to the support with sourcing vendors, taxis , having a list of local accommodation for all our guests, and any other requests we made. Nothing was too much trouble, and it made organising our wedding a really enjoyable process. James's food was absolutely delicious, from the freshly made pizzas, to the wedding meal, and the day after with our bbq by the pool. Everyone complimented the food and there was plenty to ensure no one went hungry with lots of canapés on the wedding day too. They catered for multiple different dietary requirements and it made me feel very comfortable despite my awkward Dairy & Gluten Free diet. Our photographer Laura also commented on how incredibly well looked after she was, and every single guest had a wonderful time.
The venue itself is stunning, and the pictures still do no do it justice. A classic french rustic Manoir, set in a quiet town, with views all around. The house was well equipped, clean, and had all the amenities you need. The pool was pristine, the barn and bar were perfect for the party, and the whole place was really nicely laid out.
It is hard to write a concise review as there were just so many lovely touches throughout the weekend. All of the staff were either relations to James and Lauren, or local friends who helped with the bar, the catering, serving the drinks and the canapés, and all of whom were absolutely delighted to be there, always smiling, and helpful, and it just made the experience extra special. A massive thank you to George, Leanne, Clement, Evelyn, Susan, Andy, Malcolm and Diane for this who worked quietly and tirelessly to make everything seamless!

We had our wedding at Manior De Beaulieu in September and the one word I can describe about the whole experience was perfect.
Lauren, James and the whole team were amazing from when we first booked the wedding last year to the final day. They are such great people and were always there to help. The food from James was absolutely outstanding too.
The venue was beautiful and all of our guests had a great weekend. Our families stayed in the house and there are plenty of options for guests to stay very nearby.
The pictures don’t do it justice for how lovely Manior Beaulieu is. It was the perfect weekend we could have asked for.

My daughters wedding weekend at Manoir de Beaulieu was nothing short of a fairytale. If you are looking for an intimate, effortlessly beautiful venue in the French countryside, look no further.
The Food: From the welcome pizzas by the pool to the spectacular sharing-style wedding feast, the food was exceptional and they accommodated complex dietary needs flawlessly.
The Venue: The property is breathtaking. The main house is very French, rustic and well equipped, the event spaces (like the rustic barn and courtyard) are stunning, and the layout was perfect for relaxing and partying. We all made good use of the pool to get over our hangovers the day after the wedding in the perfect sun trap garden to the rear of the property.
A massive thank you to our hosts Lauren, James and their fantastic team, who looked after us through our stay, making sure that our daughters dream wedding ran smoothly without a hitch.
I recently stayed at Manoir Beaulieu for my daughters wedding. We stayed 4 days and Lauren and James went above and beyond. We had two babies in our wedding party and were incredibly flexible with us.

We are so pleased that we chose Manoir de Beaulieu as our venue for our wedding in June!
We found MB online and travelled out to view it, and it ended up being the only venue we viewed. Lauren and James were immediately so warm and welcoming, and we knew that it would be the perfect place for a relaxed, intimate wedding with family. It is a stunning setting and Lauren & James have poured so much into thoughtfully renovating it over the years, and even since we first viewed it - brand new bathrooms were a lovely surprise on arrival! MB allows you to be together with family & friends over the few days/week either side of the wedding day, which makes it even more special.
The food was exceptional throughout and we have had so many comments from friends and family in the time since. The raspberry & olive oil sorbet from our wedding feast was a real highlight, but also having breakfast & lunch delivered to us on the day was a really lovely touch - I would definitely recommend opting for this, as it made the getting ready process so much less stressful! Having freshly made pizzas prepared in front of us the night before made for a lovely welcome meal with family, and the BBQ the next day was fantastic - definitely opt for the smoked Caribbean mojo pork! There are so many options to choose from across the few days, with really delicious vegetarian/vegan choices as well. The most impressive thing is how well Lauren & James accommodate any and all dietary requirements - we had a couple of quite specific ones and nothing was too much trouble. They are really passionate about making sure everyone can have the same experience.
The whole MB team are equally lovely and, again, nothing is too much trouble - you can tell that everyone there just genuinely wants you all to have the most amazing time and everything feels really seamless. The main bar in the barn works brilliantly, as does the smaller bar that is set up around the pool for afternoon drinks. There is so much space to be able to store and serve wedding wine, chosen beer kegs etc., and the guys do all the prep with ice, garnishes etc. for you ahead of time.
Without doubt, the best thing about MB is Lauren & James. They are unbelievably well-organised and have thought about absolutely everything, but are also able to keep you completely relaxed - from the moment we met them, they put us at ease about planning a wedding overseas. They have worked so hard to collate an ever-expanding list of amazing suppliers, with multiple options for everything you will ever need. We even had a supplier drop out due to a sudden change in circumstances, but Lauren & James, along with our florist, Rebecca (La Vie en Fleur, who we would also recommend!), swept in to supply all of our table dressing instead - they have a huge selection of props and dressings, so you can customise it to exactly what you would like.
If you are looking to stay and/or have your wedding in France, we cannot recommend MB enough. It is a real family affair - Lauren & James are lovely, genuine people, with parents and siblings joining them throughout the Summer to help out. It all comes with such a personal touch, and I know that we could never have had the celebration we had if it had been elsewhere, and been without Lauren & James and the MB team.
The added bonus is that you can go back to stay and celebrate anniversaries etc. with family again!
Truly not enough words to describe how amazing MB is!!!! They made our stay and special day so unforgettable. From the start their attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. Lauren, James, and the whole team are such lovely people and put so much care and thought into every detail. We had some tricky weather to deal with and Lauren was amazing jumping in with options from the start and in the end we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding! The food was so delicious and our guests could not stop talking about it! We highly recommend MB to anyone looking for a dreamy French countryside wedding!

We honestly cannot put into words how incredible our experience at Manoir Beaulieu was.
The setting is simply breathtaking. The house is beautiful, full of character and charm, and the whole place has such a unique and wonderful atmosphere. It feels completely different from any other wedding venue we visited. It intimate, relaxed, beautiful and incredibly special.
Our wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. Everything was so wonderfully well organised, yet it never felt overly formal or stressful. I genuinely wasn’t nervous at all, which I never imagined would be possible on my wedding day! Every single second felt magical, and we were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment with the people we love.
Lauren and James are honestly two of the loveliest people you could hope to have looking after you. They are so friendly, warm and down to earth, and they are always there when you need them without ever making you feel like you’re being looked after by a ‘venue’. They genuinely care, and that makes such a difference.
All of our guests had the most incredible time. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was, how much fun they had and what a special atmosphere the whole place had. It really felt like we had created our own little world for the week, and we will treasure those memories forever.
Manoir Beaulieu isn’t just a wedding venue, it is a truly unique and wonderful place where the most amazing memories are made. We feel incredibly lucky that we found it and that we were able to celebrate our wedding there.

Booking Manoir de Beaulieu for our wedding was by far the easiest and best decision we ever made! From the moment we visited the venue back in 2024, it was clear how much love and care Lauren and James had poured into creating such a special place. Even though we visited lots of other venues in the area, nothing came close to MB's charm, so we booked our 2026 date as soon as we got home!
Lauren and James helped us throughout the planning process, were always happy to answer our questions, recommend suppliers and share their advice.
We stayed for the whole week with our friends and held our wedding weekend in the middle, which is not something many venues offer but we'd highly recommend! It gave us plenty of time to settle in, relax, enjoy the house, make the most of the pool, explore the beautiful countryside and also time to unwind together after the wedding. The house itself is stunning, full of character and rustic features while still feeling luxurious and comfortable.
The food and hospitality throughout the week was truly outstanding. Our pizza party was the perfect welcome, and it only got better from there! We had a delicious wedding morning breakfast spread, canapés to die for (people are still talking about the parmesan beignets and prawns!), the most incredible wedding feast, topped off with our evening spice box, which everyone raved about. The BBQ food the next day was some of the best we've ever eaten, but my absolute highlight was the chocolate torte. We had it on both days, and it'll be the dessert I dream about for the rest of my life! Dietary requirements were catered for so carefully too, especially allergies. Lauren took the time to know those guests by name and face, which was really appreciated. We all felt completely looked after.
The entire MB team are amazing. Our wedding day was one of the hottest days of the heatwave, but everyone was so attentive and made sure there was always plenty of shade, water and food to keep guests comfortable. A special mention to George, who was brilliant behind the bar! You can really tell it's a family-run venue - their warmth shines through, and they have a wonderful way of making you feel like part of the family too.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem of a venue and can't thank Lauren, James and the whole team enough for giving us the most memorable week of our lives with our friends and family. A very special place that we'll treasure memories of forever, and we already cannot wait to return to one day!

We had the pleasure of staying at Manoir Beaulieu from 7th–13th July, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owners and all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and they played such a huge part in making our friends’ wedding day absolutely perfect.
The owners and all of the staff were incredibly attentive throughout the week, always on hand whenever we needed anything and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warmth and dedication made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.
The food deserves a special mention—it was exceptional from start to finish. From the delicious pizzas on arrival to the incredible canapés and wedding breakfast on our friends’ big day, every meal exceeded our expectations. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing all week.

We attended a wedding and had the privilege to stay the week at Manoir de Beaulieu. What a magical and beautiful place, the hosts are amazing and friendly. The house has a great rustic charm with all the modern amenities. There was a heat wave when we arrived and the house does not have AC, fans are provided but it was definitely hot.

Keeping an authentic, historic French house cool during a heatwave is always a bit of a balancing act, we try to arm everyone with high-spec fans and the secret local trick of keeping windows and shutters closed as the morning warms up. We were so lucky to have been able to stay at the Manor de Beaulieu for a few days either side of our son's wedding. It was such a special week and enhanced by the attention to detail from Lauren and James and family who provided a five star wedding experience.
The food was superb not only on the day but at the Pizza and Barbq nights.
The accommodation provided plenty of space and comfort for 12 Adults not to be on top of each other yet allowed the two families to get to know each other.
The courtyard, secret garden and barn were beautifully decorated for the wedding day and we loved every special detail.
Even though on the day it was very hot George and the lovely waitress and bar staff worked tirelessly, to ensure everyone's comfort whether it be providing refreshments or extra sun shades. By the following day all evidence of the major event and late party were professional and quietly removed and the calm beautiful home was returned to normal. Whilst there is so much back stage organisation and preparation for a wedding event and the transformation of a holiday home to a wedding venue we never once felt the pressure and this is only due to the excellent hosts Lauren and James and their friendly professional team.

We stayed at Manoir Beaulieu for a week and celebrated our wedding there in the middle of our stay.
Lauren and James were so supportive from start to finish and genuinely went above and beyond to make our wedding week special. Their care and attention made the whole experience feel relaxed and seamless (something I definitely needed!).
The food throughout was absolutely delicious and is something our guests are still talking about. From pizza night and breakfast on the morning of the wedding, to the wedding day itself and the BBQ the following day, every meal was incredible.

We got married at Manoir de Beaulieu in May 2026 and it was truly the most amazing experience of our entire lives!! I truly do not have words for how amazing our experience was but have tried to put some highlights below.
Lauren and James were incredible throughout the whole planning process and had all the info we needed for planning a wedding abroad! They had suggestions and links for recommended suppliers, info on travel and places for guests to stay. It made the planning process as straight forward as possible!
I had done my fair share of scrolling through all of their socials so had high hopes and expectations of the venue itself but when we first arrived we were truly blown away, it is beyond gorgeous!! The courtyard is breathtaking and inside the house has been done up to the highest most amazing standard!
The night before the wedding we did some welcome drinks in the local restaurant in the village, l'Envie Gourmande, and I would 100% recommend this also for anyone considering it, the staff were amazing and the food and wine incredible, it was a great way to start off the wedding but still keeping the venue under wraps until the big day.
The big day itself was incredible and went without a single hitch! The whole team were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and calm for such an emotional day, it really is so clear how much they all care! It was truly the most magical most amazing day and was everything we could have dreamed of and more! All of our guests also said how much of an incredible time they had and couldn’t believe how stunning MB is.
Also the food was incredible!! Everyone was taking about how amazing it was and everyone we have seen since has mentioned it, especially the calamari canapé! Would absolutely recommend! They were also great for any dietary requirements! And they veggie food was incredible, I have been veggie over ten years and the veggie pulled pork burger at the next day bbq is the best veggie burger I have ever had by a mile!
The whole wedding experience was beyond everything we possibly dreamed of and we cannot thank Lauren, James and the whole team at Manoir de Beaulieu enough!!

We celebrated our son’s wedding at Manoir Beaulieu this September, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The venue is stunning—beautiful gardens, charming buildings, and a peaceful countryside setting that feels truly special.
The wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to the fantastic team, whose professionalism and warmth made everything stress-free. The guests were blown away by the atmosphere, the food, and the overall beauty of the location.
A real highlight was the Sunday pool party, which created the perfect relaxed ending to the weekend. Sun, music, great company, and a gorgeous setting—it couldn’t have been better.
We can’t recommend Manoir Beaulieu highly enough for a wedding or special event. It exceeded every expectation and gave our family memories we’ll cherish forever.
