We would highly recommend MPIC. Sean was at our house within a day of contacting him, completely removing the stress of dealing with our insurance company. A water leak had caused damage and he was quick to make recommendations, provide next steps and put us on a path to getting back into the house as quickly as possible. My only regret was not calling Sean sooner. Five star service.

Thanks to Sean and Cora for making the whole process so easy. Insurance is not simple. Insurance claims are easy things to apply for incorrectly which I know from experience. A roof of my cattle shed was damaged pretty badly from the storm in February. I called MPIC, spoke to Sean and he looked after it from there. He visited the site twice, assessed my insurance policy, costed the repair works, put in the claim, met with the insurance assessor on site and was there for any questions I had. Very professional, very easy to deal with. Couldn't recommend Manicle Property Insurance Claims higher.

Following a recent burglary at my elderly mother’s home, we were faced with the daunting prospect of navigating an insurance claim during an already distressing time. Manacle Property Insurance Claims stepped in and handled everything with professionalism, efficiency and genuine compassion.

I cannot recommend Cora highly enough. She completely handles every aspect of the claim so professionally and pleasantly. A car crashed into our building and damaged other vehicles parked outside. As soon as I met Cora I knew we were dealing with a competent person who was so personable as well. She removed all of the stress.
The claim was sorted at speed and we were delighted with the outcome. Manicle and Cora in particular were fantastic.

We had a bursted pipe in the attic that damaged walls, floors and ceilings of both floors of our house. We were new in this kind of situation, but thanks to Cora and Sean I felt much more confident and supported. I especially would like to thank Cora, as she was the one in communication with us. She efficiently wrote the claim for the insurance, estimated the damages, and mediated with the insurance company, assessors, and the workers that came to dry the affected areas. I barely had to explain the problem to them, she took care of everything. It was suggested I contact Manicle by an acquaintance following a hidden leak in my home that eventually came to light. I had no experience in dealing with a company like Manicle or an Insurance company as I’d never had an insurance claim. This was the best phone call I ever made. I literally did nothing apart from speak to Cora who is wonderful to work with, she took over completely. She came and evaluated the damage and managed absolutely everything with the insurance company. We recently used the services of Manicle after discovering a leak underground in our kitchen. Didn't know where to start so contacted Manicle, Cora acted as the middle person between ourselves and the insurance company. She made life very simple for us and took the stress out of the whole situation to a minimum. After a few back and forth phonecalls our claim was settled and we were happy with the outcome.
