The Manhattan Pawffice is a total gem! My dog Nacho absolutely loves coming here. It is quite out of the way for us (we live a mile away) but for boarding and other weekend trips, we make sure to drop him off here because we know that it’s his favorite, and that he will be in the best hands.
The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. They treat Nacho (and all other dogs) like one of their own, and I always feel at ease knowing he’s in such good care. He comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized every single time. We’re so lucky to have found this place — thank you to the entire team for making The Pawffice feel like a second home for Nacho! 🐾💛

My dog Oscar loves going to Manhattan Pawffice! When I pick him up, he’s happily exhausted from a full day of play and socializing with his doggy pals. It’s so nice to see him active and having fun instead of being home alone all day. The staff creates a safe, friendly environment and I like that the dogs have an option to chill outside in the backyard. There are also two live streams -- one indoors and one outdoors -- so I can check in whenever I want. The location is super convenient, which makes drop off and pick up easy. Every time we walk nearby, Oscar gets excited, even if he's not heading to daycare. I’m really glad we found this place, Oscar always looks forward to going!

I boarded my dog here for a week and it was a fantastic experience. I really appreciated the live streams so I could check in on my dog Freddie while I was away. I am very particularly about where I do overnight boarding with my dog, but the Pawffice exceeded all expectations. The team was very communicative and took great care of Freddie. Definitely recommend!

The space is large and I love that they have a backyard. Thankfully there is AC too as I needed daycare during the summer when I was in town. The dogs and staff were very friend. My dog loved it and they even put a pool out!

Our doggo always has a great time here when she boards. The staff are friendly, communicative, and attentive to the dogs. It’s always nice to check in on the video feeds to see what our doggo is up to while we’re away. 10/10 recommend!

Pawffice is truly exceptional. My dogson attends daycare here, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully managed. The staff clearly care deeply about the dogs, they are attentive, engaged, and ensure every pup is well-socialized and calm. The dogs here are consistently well-mannered and well-matched, creating a peaceful and happy atmosphere.
One of the most unique qualities of Pawffice is how seamlessly they accommodate dogs of all ages (my pup is 10). It is almost as if they specialize in ensuring that every dog, whether a playful pup or a sassy senior, can safely engage in socialization and play. That level of thoughtful balance is rare. Older dogs need interaction too, and it is difficult to find a place that not only understands that but also makes sure they do not overexert or injure themselves.
In April, my pup stayed for nearly a week while I was away. He is older, with sensitive hips and a specific eating and rest schedule. I provided detailed instructions, and the team followed everything to the letter. He was not just cared for, he was protected and genuinely looked after. That kind of attention and compassion gave me complete peace of mind.
I adore this place and trust them wholeheartedly. Pawffice is the gold standard for dog care at any stage.

Happy to accommodate our boy Jack London and his fun youthful spirit in a senior dog package. We want to be a safe and enjoyable place for dogs of all ages and personalities and cater our care to each individual dog based on what they may need. They can enjoy our clean space and the outdoor backyard while we enjoy it with them. We love the amazing group of dogs we have with us and built since we opened, including and especially Jack!
My pup absolutely loves this place! The second we pull up, they get so excited and can’t wait to run in. The staff is super friendly and clearly cares about the dogs. I always feel at ease knowing my dog is safe, happy, and getting lots of love. Highly recommend!!! The Pawffice rocks

I was in town visiting and needed a place for my dog to stay. Johan, Alex and the whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. The space was great as well, clean with a nice sized backyard.

My pup Simba always has so much fun when he goes to Manhattan Pawffice! I love checking in on the live cams and seeing him playing with all his friends. One of my favorite things about Manhattan Pawffice is the outdoor space! I used to take Simba to a different boarding place without outdoor access, and I became concerned that he was getting confused about where he’s allowed to go to the bathroom, as after returning from boarding he would have accidents in the house. Manhattan Pawffice has a clean backyard where the pups can play, get fresh air, and relieve themselves. I also love that Manhattan Pawffice has a number you can text when you’re approaching the site for pick up/drop off and with any questions/concerns. I recently had to extend Simba’s boarding due to a family emergency and they were very responsive and accommodating when I texted the number on a Sunday night!! As a nurse who works 12 hour shifts, I also appreciate that Manhattan Pawffice is one of the only doggy daycares that has an option for drop off as early as 6am! It would be nice if they added a short daily update for each doggo in their care that pet parents could see in their account or something, particularly for the boarders. Something short and sweet regarding whether they ate all their meals and played well! I’m confident Simba always has a great time there and can’t wait to go back!

My puppy is obsessed with going to daycare! The moment we get close she’ll start pulling to go inside, she has the best time. The staff is so wonderful and I’m so happy to find a daycare that I trust to let her go everyday.
