Manhal is an incredible, mentally and physically strong, yet very approachable and friendly character. Our paths have crossed I would say coincidentally as I booked yoga retreat stay at a place where he is a resident (Institute Of Natural Medicine ‘ A single National & International affiliated massage academy in Nepal ‘) and surprise, surprise, part of the retreat- a quite considerable part was having between one to two sessions a day utilising Manhal's certified skills, wisdom and experience. I was totally new to his crafts - didn't know much about them but had undergone numerous sound baths, sound healings with crystal singing bowls and later with Tibetan bowls, sound massage with Tibetan bowls, Tai Chi lessons, Reiki healing, Chakra Healing, Third eye and Crown chakras healing, meditations and mantras followed by eyes cleansing Trataka. Hope I haven’t missed anything we've done but I know he is also a certified Yoga Trainer and Salsa & Tango dance teacher. Within a space of 8 days of my retreat package we must have spent approx. 15 hours if not more, performing ALL the above mentioned rituals. Look, for the benefit of whoever is reading- I cannot give you a specific review on particular session as I mentioned- it was all new to me and I came to it with no expectations but ready to receive the benefits and experience something new but I realised that my body and mind certainly responded well to the mantras and meditations, tai chi and sound massage- very strong vibrations and sensations of muscle movement going through my body. I do genuinely believe all that programmes did me good spiritually, mentally and physically. What I can promise are firstly- Manhal does everything very professionally and deeply from his heart. He does the rituals, ceremonies and sessions (however it is professionally called) not being guided by the clock ticking but by his feel and the feel of working for and with you- almost every time I got more than I anticipated from each session as was due to be 45 min to 1hr but most of the time each lasted approx. 75min for the same price as he is totally focused on doing good by me and not by getting paid for the extra time. In my view Manhal is never stopping in pursuing his knowledge of all the skills he honed and he is yearning for more . I recommend to meet up with him and see what he's offering for yourself. My score for his professional services – based on my experience – an absolute 10 out of 10. Manhal, it was an absolute pleasure to have met you, receiving healing, instruction and spending lots of time speaking with you. Thanks for taking me out to town on few occasions in your spare time!
