I am extremely grateful for the support of Print Logic when I encountered problems with my Xerox Work Centre 6515 printer a few weeks ago. The problem (a particularly stubborn paper jam that I couldn't resolve) struck on a Sunday (sod's law!) and was particularly untimely as I had to print out a large number of exam papers ahead of an 11+ mock entrance test that I was running the following weekend. However, I did some research and felt that Print Logic should be my first (phone) call on Monday morning, in part because of their proximity to where I live / run my business from but primarily due to the quality of the reviews I saw. I spoke to Stephanie at around 8.30 am on Monday (9th June) and she listened empathetically to my situation but also (which is important) managed my expectations in saying that it would most likely be the following day that someone would do a site visit as their first port of call needed to be their existing contracted customers (while naturally wanting to be seen as soon as possible I felt that this prioritising shows that they are a business operating according to correct values). I had to head out at around 3 pm on Tuesday for work commitments (as I'd advised Stephanie, and also Matt on a follow up phone call) but, right on cue, Paul N (engineer) arrived and went about his work in an efficient and informative way (respecting my impending deadline but not letting it affect the quality and thoroughness of his work) and soon enough the problem was fixed and in fact my machine was left in a better condition than Paul found it (over and above just fixing the reported fault) and he also took the time and trouble to check that the routing of printing work from my laptop was working as well as possible. And then an invoice duly followed by email from the office so I could tie things up from an accounting point of view. So, in summary, a big thanks and 'thumbs up' to all the team members at Print Logic that I came into contact with. And while I hope that my printer / copier doesn't break down anytime soon, if it does then it is definitely them that I will turn to. And given that this particular printer may soon be coming to the end of its useful like, I will certainly have a conversation with them about printer leasing options in line with my business needs at that point in time. We shopped around for photocopiers locally, print logic weren't the cheapest but they were very professional and listened to our needs. 2 days later the copier was installed and my staff were trained. Really happy with print logic and would be happy to recommend to any of my business associates.

Highly Recommend this Print supplier. Their machines are top tier and they take care of it for you. They were are nice enough to supply all printing supplies for the printer. Problems with my printer are never often and if it does happen, I'm able to resolve it almost immediately with Josh. Just one teams message away, that how easy it is for me resolve any issues. If you are are thinking about getting a printer, use Print-Logic. Don't mind the price, the level of support and the range of printers you can choose from to fit your purposes are available, your business wont experience downtime because of a printer. Did I mention they send out engineers to service the printer to ensure you are printing consistently and at the highest quality? Thank you Josh and the lovely young lady on the phones and our Account manager for making this experience happen!
